well done Ange, be careful you dont hurt yourself though - maybe worth researching some moves online and best form for doing them because its a lot of strain in some places if you're not doing it quite right?

also went to school gym today and I tried again on the bike to beat Aesir's time.. but i think i am working flat out.. i managed to beat my time by...... 1 second25mins 53seconds!
