Hi. Can I join?
I'm currently doing the c25k am on week 5 and doing it alongside the 30 day shred.
Not been doing great with the numbers so moved over to red days yesterday to see if that makes a difference with my pcos.
Tomorrow is day two of level two which is really tough and also my first attempt at running 20 minutes, has jumped from two 8 min runs!! Not sure I'll be able to do it but gonna give it my best. I find running with audio books better than music as it distracts me from thinking too much so have Sean lock live for tomorrows run. I've just finished John bishop sunshine tour. Must find a good podcast that I like as this is getting expensive lol
Oh I've also signed up to a local fun run in June. It's a massive 8.5 miles. I doubt I will be able to run it all but i will be giving it my best x
Hi and welcome! Of corse you can join although your exercise may put mine to shame!
Sorry to hear your losses aren't as good as you'd like and deserve, exercise can do funny things to our body's but all for the better in the long run.
Have you taken measurements so you can see your body changing??
Day off for me, hopefully getting my Avon books so I can go delivering, decided that I need to get some pocket money so i'm giving it a go!![]()
