No run for me, agents rang and said a 1st time buyer wanted to see the house, left work early to meet them and no feckin show!

I'm currently doing the c25k am on week 5 and doing it alongside the 30 day shred.

Not been doing great with the numbers so moved over to red days yesterday to see if that makes a difference with my pcos.

Tomorrow is day two of level two which is really tough and also my first attempt at running 20 minutes, has jumped from two 8 min runs!! Not sure I'll be able to do it but gonna give it my best. I find running with audio books better than music as it distracts me from thinking too much so have Sean lock live for tomorrows run. I've just finished John bishop sunshine tour. Must find a good podcast that I like as this is getting expensive lol

Oh I've also signed up to a local fun run in June. It's a massive 8.5 miles. I doubt I will be able to run it all but i will be giving it my best x

Sorry to hear your losses aren't as good as you'd like and deserve, exercise can do funny things to our body's but all for the better in the long run.

Have you taken measurements so you can see your body changing??

Day off for me, hopefully getting my Avon books so I can go delivering, decided that I need to get some pocket money so i'm giving it a go!:)

Yep i've taken the measurements, they've moved in the last week since starting the shred but nothing in the weeks before. Am trying red days now to see if this will help it...

If my bloody books would arrive yeah!

I joined over a week ago and the area manager rang me yesterday to ask "How I was getting on" Ummm, send me some books and i'll start woman!

I have zero motivation today, having one of them days where I just want to go off plan, why I don't know!
 
Hate those days - such a challenge. But look at your signature, that lovely blue target sticker is a perfect one to remind yourself why you can't go off plan.... :) stay strong, the books will be here soon i hope. Treat yourself to a nice bath or something in the mean time maybe? x
 
I have treated myself....to a run!!!

2nd attempt with Alfie in the buggy and very pleased to have done 3.09miles in 37.39minutes. Thats a huge improvement on the first time and he seems to enjoy the wind in his face!!

I wonder if running pushing a buggy means that I burn a few more calories....hmmmm
 
I'd love to get down to around the 30 min mark, thats where I got to in 2009 but I did a wedding dress to look fab in!

I do find it hard to stay motivated sometimes - Enter minimins and talking to people in the same boat. I talk about "the website where I talk to strangers" at work and they just don't gey it but I don't care - It keeps me going!

Haven't gone off plan in the end, eaten loads but all on green and lots of SF too.

How's everyone else? Daniel, when's your run, Sunday is it??

I'll be thinking about you both!

Hoping to go running by myself on Sunday so I thought rather than try to beat my time that I'd add a bit on and try to get to the 3.5 mile mark, don't think I'm ever going to be able to run non stop but a little further sounds just as good to me.
 
Morning Gang,

Feeling a bit rubbish this morning, as soon as I got out of bed and started walking i've got pain in both feet at the back? I've never had pain there before, usually I just get the normal ache's in the legs so i'm hoping as the day goes on that it gets easier. I'll be gutted if its the start of something.

I was very good last night, hubby had a few vodka's and diet coke and I had non, he's off out tonight so I won't be drinking in charge of Alfie so thats a booze free weekend to spend my syns on something else, well actually we are meeting my dad for lunch in our local garden centre so I hope I can choose wisely and limit the syns!!

Hope we are all ok!!
 
Is the pain at the achillis yendon or further up closer to your calves? Do you run on pavement? Do you run in proper running shoes? When your feet hit the ground is it the heel or balls of your feet that strike first? Do you stretch after?

Sorry for all the questions lol! You really don't want to pop your achillis lol!
