lol I'm currently trying to see if there's an easier version...50 squats sounds nuts! There's gotta be a newbie version...as much as I would love a kardashian backside...I'm terrified I will never walk or sit down again haha xx
You can do 50 squats. It must be at least 50 in the body pump squat track. Do 5 sets of 10. C'mon you can do it. Then when we've completed it and have a KK rear end we can move onto a lunge challenge for dec and have beyonces thighs
