lol I'm currently trying to see if there's an easier version...50 squats sounds nuts! There's gotta be a newbie version...as much as I would love a kardashian backside...I'm terrified I will never walk or sit down again haha xx

You can do 50 squats. It must be at least 50 in the body pump squat track. Do 5 sets of 10. C'mon you can do it. Then when we've completed it and have a KK rear end we can move onto a lunge challenge for dec and have beyonces thighs ;).
You can do it. Think wedding dress dress dress with no ugly underwear :D x

I did mine. 5 sets of 10. Wasn't too bad. Maybe cause I used to do body pump. We can do lunges next month and the crunch ( don't add an ie obit that haha) challenge in jan :D x

50 Squats Done...all in one go thanks to OH pushing me to do and counting in a mixture of French, Dutch and Spanglish x

I saw on another post the exercise challenge was on the first of the month it was one lunge each leg, one squat and to hold a plank for a sec. Then the second was 2 lounges, 2 squats, 2 second plank and so on up to 30 on the 30th. We should have started with that. You suggested this challenge. Can we do it? Yes we can :) x

Pmsl....dunno if its that fancy jumbling up the languages...but it distracted me enough to keep going...got jelly legs still....tomorrows set will be fun....haha x

Errrr I'm seriously scared now....that sounds like absolute torture on the old legs....can't I just wish my thunder thighs away? Lol x

Well actually I've been to the illuminating York festival and drink gin and tonics :)
 
Won't be drunk to Monday. Will be doing drunken squats in benidorm aha. Yep, you started it ;) x

you'd better do them in benidorm...drunk or not! I'm not suffering alone I tell ya x
