Ha ha - I was just reading a list of what weight equals to and 3 stone is a whole human leg! That's what I've lost (-3 stone - not the leg!) lol.
Now listen ladies - you CAN do this. Break the habit of picking as it's not a habit you want in your life after this diet. You will however be enjoying treats after this diet - so mrsfeeneytobe enjoy your weekend. But you can make mostly sensible choices as like you say you are so in the zone and ready to say goodbye to the 15's FOREVER!!
Your partner just wants to take you out and show you off!
