That sounds like a plan. Remember it's just glycogen not inches. The rodizio restaurant sounds good. Get squatting and lunging and then you won't be able to get up to get carbs and the meat will keep coming to you!!
It's so hard when we know we're going to be on/off/on/off plan. The greedy girl in us is always whispering (or in my case shouting) what's the point. I definately find it easier when I know I've nothing on.
