Ya I have I think i maybe was pushing it a little too hard the last few times this week. I find even with the Ketosis energy Im still lacking my levels of endurance at the gym. Best to keep it mild on the 100% TS program. Maybe when i go to the working solution program working out harder would be advisable. So far today feeling well. Went for a walk with the pram for about an hour. Once i came back and relaxed for a hour or so i tested my ketosis and it was dark purple so Im still in there.
