The Fat Bus Drivers 3months 100% TS program

Thank you all for your support. Today day 8 was a lazy ish day. Didn't go to the gym and didn't go to work as i was on strike in London today. Did plenty of walking with no buses around so that was good. Tomorrow is gym a nice heavy session and work later. Gearing myself up for another great lost week. Im aiming for 7lbs this week, the target maybe high but Im going to push myself and get something going. Wish me well and i will keep.you all up to date on the progress. keep it up guys!!!! Day 9: After my lazy day (bus strike) and a little steak treat with salad for dinner. Today I kick started the day with a plain banana shake no extras like coffee or a spoon of oats. Went to the gym and did an hour work out. Burnt 800kcals in cardio and feel good for it. Energy levels are surely on the rise. Not sure what my Ketosis is saying as this morning when i woke up it appeared i was out of it so i guess yesterdays treats had an effect. Never the less the scales didn't change so that's a relief. Im starting to find that i mostly like the chocolate shakes most and secondly the vanilla ones, strange that as a few people on here has said the choc ones are horrid???? I think my next order with be only oats and shakes as the bars I'm having trouble dealing with them. I got 3+ week worth of bars left... Anyone would like to exchange for either soups or oats??? If not i will much my way on and them after week 4 i can say bye to them. Keep it up and take care everyone!!! Rome was not build in a day, but it started somewhere!!! Aim for your goals and make sure you score!!!
 
Day 10: a nice choc shake and off to the gym i went. Did a cheeky peak on the scales and it was 16st 6lbs. Great stuff... Currently finding that after gym Im having slight muscles pain in my abs and around my belly. (have not done any exercise that involves abs Its not my stomach but just a stretching pain. My belly is reacting slowly and i was wondering if this was a side effect of weight loss around the belly area while you belly is strinking. Let me know if any of you have experienced this feeling.
 
Well done neh! You certainly seem committed especially with your gym work. Hats off. I am still working my way up to the whole exercise thing. Took the dog for a walk yesterday for a couple of hours. Where we live is very hilly and there is no route you can go without going upwards but I found even going at a moderate pace I got really light-headed. Not something that ever happened before I started TS. I am hoping it will ease off as my body gets used to the diet. X
 
Hiya footie. Ya it took me at least 4/5 days to adjust as i was seing stars for the first few days. Keep it up!!! You will be encouraged when you are the scales at the end of the week
 
Day 11: Taking it easy today after my gym weekender. Going to take an hours walk in a while and enjoy the sun while it last. Going to attack the garden again and burn a few lbs. Im finding that I now would rather stick to the shakes so Im using a bar for lunch as the shake for dinner seems to hold me alot more. Also the bar tends to get stuck in my teeth causing a drama when brushing my teeth for bed time. How is everyone getting on so far??
 
Know wot you mean about the bars and teeth thing. I am having mine last thing in the day as I have read that other folk have found that they lead more to hungry feelings and therefore the chance of slipping up. If I have them just before bed I don't have time to nibble afterwards and am not going to bed hungry I find I can't sleep if I am. I ordered the mixed box so have a months supply but not sure if I will order them next time. Might just get a few tesco bars as they are handy if you are out anywhere and not in a position to mix shakes/soup.

I think I am doing OK. I have remained 100% TS on this (wk 1) but my exercise regime is nowhere near as good as yours. Hopefully I can build it up. Weigh in day number 1 is tomorrow for me so I am keeping my fingers crossed! I know that a few days ago I had lost 6lb but obviously that will have slowed down. X
 
Day 12: Hi ya all, the gym and the diet is hard work babes @ footie & flubster as after about 20mins you have already burn up the morning shake and it starts to feel like your running on fumes... Well that's what the mind is telling you. One motivation is the accurate scales in the gym every other day i may jump on them to give me that motivation boost as the numbers roll off. One thing Im looking out for is for my stomach to really start reducing, my legs are slimming and my waist to the point i think i gone down a waist size from 38 to 36. So Im always wearing belts now. Also around my neck area and under my chin. Also as a reward every week i am introducting 1 meal on the Sunday which is only a tesco peppered grill steak and salad. Its minimal but taste like heaven, while giving me extra protein to help tone up. One added benefit is that is does not take me out of the ketosis state :) -- Keep it up!!!! And score that goal!!!!
 
Hiya footie, I keep hearing about these tesco bars but Im moth sure what they are called. I see some labelled lighter choices and them other labelled tesco limping bars both only have around 70-90kcals in them. Please let me know the name / brand of these bars. As Im now considering blending the exante bar in a shake for dinner time. Not sure how it would taste it would be an interesting experiment. Cheers xxx
 
Hiya, well done on your weight loss so far you are going great guns, the bars you want are Tesco Ultra Slim and they are found with the headache tabs etc and the weight loss stuff at the front of the store. They are £2.99 for 3, they also do biggest loser bars but I think you get them from Asda at £1.50 each. Hope this helps, have a great day xx

Day 12 work out: gym today but only managed 450kcals on the machines. I found the heat a little harder to push. Had a black tea with no sugar with a bar for breakfast found the exante bars have more than enough sugar to compensate for the bitter back tea. Got a strawberry shake + 1 ts of coffee in the freezer for my 1pm lunch then its a choc shake for dinner :). Im working today so will need to coffee to keep me alert. avoid the snacks and push on guys!!!
 
Hi, yeah as above only in my store they're at the back of the store and with the vitamins etc so you might have to hunt a bit in yours. They have a totally different texture/taste to exante bars so help ring the changes, particularly if you can't face exante stuff. Me? I relish every morsel of anything that passes my lips - scabby monkeys included. Lol.
 
Day 13: Woke up to hayfever and boiler that has chosen to turn on the heating by itself on a hot summer morning :-(.. Gym today!! Although i must admit Im not looking forward to it as its going to rather hot in London today. Hot sweaty and hungry :-(.. Let hope the air conditioning is working today..
