Hiya - Yup starting AGAIN. This is the diet i feel i can control more - it makes sense really dosent it - calorie counting. I have managed a full day - woo hoo! Even took my 3 kids to macdonalds and only had an espresso.
Loadsa people round today and making from scratch pizzas and chips - willpower!!

Pizza, chips and McDonalds- well done, very good willpower lol I agree this is the simplest diet, calories in calories out - just a little tough staying away from the naughty stuff lol x
Ohh ello love - you have done really well on SW havent you.? It kinda went to pot at the weekend but hope to be back full on now. fed up cant even bend down to put my shoes on. :-( x
So, I'm pants at SW. Been doing it for for weeks. Stayed the same x 3 and this week put on 3. soo...................... back to calorie counting. Gonna try 1200 for a week. here goes.
