Well ladies, I am busy busy busy this morning. Planning! It really is the key with SW, and as I have a few things coming up really soon I want to make sure that I've planned ahead as I really don't want to ruin this good streak that I've just got going again!
Firstly, I must say that for the next few weeks I will most likely be saving the majority of my Syns for the following events. I have done this so many times before and never had a problem with it - I find that no / low Syns through the week helps to balance out things like nights out, etc. So if my diary starts to look a little Syn-less, then don't worry!
So, it's my birthday a week tomorrow. This weekend (Saturday night), Warren and I are going out with our best friends Katie and Sean. It's going to be a nice catch up as we've not all been out together for a while (although we've had each other round homes), and it'll also kind of be an early birthday celebration for me. We're going for a couple of drinks and then to Pizza Express for tea - Warren and I love it and Katie and Sean have never been yet, so we're breaking their PE virginity
Anyway, I'm planning to allow myself 2 x vodka Diet Coke (5 Syns) before tea and then will have the Pollo Ad Astra Leggera Pizza (25 Syns) with just a Diet Coke. We will probably go back to Katie and Sean's afterwards for a few drinks, so I'm going to get some Bud Light - 3 bottles for 12 Syns. Jobs a good'en!
Then, next Tuesday is my actual birthday. I won't be doing anything special on the day, as it's also weigh day so I'll be going to group. Also, Warren is working 7am-7pm that day so it'll be too late for us to do anything anyway. I think he will just come around after work, so I'm thinking of making us Syn-free pizza chicken and chips and then I'll use some Syns for a drink or two, and maybe a slice of Birthday cake if I'm lucky enough to get one!
Then, on the Wednesday, it's another Pizza Express day! My friend / colleague at work is moving to a different team, so our current team (just 4 of us) are going out for lunch and a bit of a get together before she moves on. Pizza is just far too much for lunchtime, but I've had their Superfood Salad before and it was delicious - although also massive! It's 9 Syns with mozzarella cheese, so that's what I'll go for. Diet Coke of course, as we'll be back to work afterwards.
And THEN. Finally! On the Saturday of that week Warren is taking me out, just the two of us, for a post-Birthday meal. How nice! We'll probably go to Nando's as we've not been in ages and it's one of our faves, plus it gives me a good chance at sticking to plan! I'll have my usual of butterfly chicken with extra hot sauce (3.5 Syns), a mixed leaf salad and grilled halloumi (HExA). I've decided I'm also going to have a couple of chicken wings (1.5 Syns each). Last time we went to Nando's (not on a SW friendly day lol!) we shared 5 between us and they were amazing!! So that will feel like an extra little treat. Will just stick to Diet Coke whilst we're there, as I'll be driving, but then will probably have a bottle of wine or some Bud Light when we get home.
Phew!! Have you all kept up? Lol, I'm going to be a busy bee. But I like it that way
