As in for the whole day? I think that would be about right for 16k steps. Would be about 400cals on my app - is your BMR around 1800? Well done on that many steps :)

Morning all, I'm so excited I've even done a happy dance... Weigh in day and I've lost 1.4lbs :) so pleased considering un till Sunday I was heading for a sts So happy :)) Now today is my first FAST day eeeek

Fantastic news about your loss! Go You!!!! And very best of luck with your first fast day x
 
Thank you lovely :) Once I've got the kids to school I'll look at what I'm going to eat. I don't normally have breakfast until after they've gone to school so not eating yet won't be too hard

That's brilliant! Hopefully it will just come naturally to you x

Yay I did it and in all honesty it wasn't that hard :)

22nd Jan - FAST Day

Breakfast - 2 x Tea with 1/4tsp sugar (32 cals)

Lunch - Chicken Salad with 28g BBQ sauce (187 cals)

Dinner - 1/2 CoU Steak, Carrots and Gravy with Cabbage and Cauliflower (220 cals)

Snacks - 2 x Rich Tea Fingers (44 cals)

Drinks - Tea with sweetner (12)

Total - 495

I've also done my steps but I'm not counting them until the very end of the day

Thank my gorgeous minimins :)) My meals are thanks to how I learnt to eat on SW. I made sure I utilised my veg to get the most of my food.

Yey for SW! They do say it's a lifestyle change rather than a diet! X

I can vouch that it is xx even when i took a break off SW and fell off wagon certain things have remained in my head lol xx
 
Morning all, yay it's my feast day.. i really don't like the word but im trying to make sure I'm psychologically 100% on plan as well as eating on plan.

Hubby is flying back tonight :)
I have missed him but I've also got on the with it.

I'll post my planned feast day shortly.
