Think it's supposed to be two portion meals but don't quote me on that lol I do hope that's true be great for times when it's needed fast

DAY 6 - FEAST Breakfast - Toast and Marg Lunch - Chicken, salad & Coleslaw Sandwich Dinner - Bacon Roll (just 2 medallions) Snacks - 2 x Bourbon Go Ahead Biscuits 1/2 Upper Crust Flapjack Drinks - 4.5 Teas with Sugar Total Calories - 1744 Dinner really wasn't the best however I felt shattered (busy day at work and another restless night) and it was easier. Done the kids dinner and just needed to eat quickly. Feeling really nervous with this eating plan. Especially as my Fitbit says I burn alot more calories than I thought...I've always put down a sedentary lifestyle simply as it gives me the safety I'll lose weight (1800 maintenance) Where as having an activity tracker it's saying I'm lightly active and should be on 2070 maintenance. This scares me lol as I should be eating up 2070 on my Feast Days. Wish weigh in would hurry up! So I know if works or not

Ooo they would be handy when fasting! I hadnt even thought of them.
I'm now always adding extra veg so know I can keep them low.

weight watchers do two meals that are only 200 cals...a cottage pie (very nice) and an ocean pie (not tried yet) they are in the freezer section x
I might try one, never been really keen on WW meals. My favourites are the M&S CoU range
M&S are doing 3 CoU meals for £8 at the moment.
