The ramblings of a Cheeky Pasterfield

So Im going to do a FAST Day tomorrow. I was originally going to do it this Thursday, however I'm going to a course which is going through lunch so I thought i might as well utilise it. I'm doing Zumba tomorrow evening so I know I need to make sure I eat well before I go

Yey! Alternate Fast Feast AND pre WI fast! I predict a good result Claire! X

I've also decided I'm dropping calorie counting on non fast days. The original plan was to eat sensibly it's others who did calorie counting and I'm getting all twisted up about my calories. I need to relax and breathe lol xx

I think you're probably the same as me, a bit too much counting can lead to turning a bit crazy! Lol! X

Exactly! The whole point was to be ultra focused on two days and then chill. At the moment I'm constantly seeking for the 'right answer for calories' when the answer is you eat heathly with a few treats. Time to relax :)

i like your idea of simply eating healthy on non fast days as i found with calorie counting that my daily life revolved around calories lol xx

Been feeling tired all day and did get my second wind while i was doing it but now i want my bed again but im hungry and need a bath lol x

I don't know if you remember me mentioning in y thread but I undertook a course of CBT in 2014 and I just know I would never be able to undertake WW or CC for fear of undoing that. X

Im at 10212 today :) Really pleased since I sat in my FA Course for nearly 7hrs! X
