Morning my gorgeous lot I've changed my mind about having a Fast Day lol...I've decided I'm going for a low calorie day. The reasons why are 1) I weigh in tomorrow and if I have a fast day this will be reflected on the scales but next Wednesday I'll be having a Feast Day and that will show on the scales. I could be running the risk of being lighter this week but then being heavier next week and then being gutted. I know that as this is a completely new plan for me I'm not confident so don't like risking it. 2) I'm tired - I had another restless night again think I got about 3 hrs sleep so the book says do a Fast day when your physically and mentally strong. 3) if I'm feeling tired now then I'm going to struggle with Zumba tonight I'm simply going to eat low calorie today and then Fast tomorrow No calorie counting from Friday..Yay xx

By low calorie I'm thinking of 1200-1300. I'm going to make all Teas up with Sugar and have snacks if I'm hungry
My training event is from 11.30 to 1.30 and I'm planning to walk from Euston to Tower Hill if it's not to far. I'm not expecting to be eating lunch as it will be late.
So my food plan is
Breakfast - 40g Porridge with water and 5g of Jam
Lunch - Possibly miss
Dinner - Braised Beef, in a gravy with lots of Veg

It's a 3 mile walk and should take about an hour! Which isn't that bad as I walk the dogs for an hour x

three miles should be comfortable in an hour. ... not so fast that you arrive hot and sweaty but enough to get your heart rate up and burn a few calories :-D
That's a good walk, hope the weather brightens up! I've haven't got scales to wi need to get some new ones usually Saturday or Friday x
I was wondering what the difference between fast day & low calorie was but then you mentioned it!!!
