I sometimes add a splash of bbq sauce to give a smokey taste. I'm guessing it would still be 0 syns as long as split it to less than 1/2 syn. Well done with your steps hun! I've brought mine down to 8000 but still aim to hit 10000

I had a loot to catch up :O First of all let me say CONGRATS on the amazing results!! That's really amazing, i'm happy for you :), also i'm sorry that you were not feeling good but try to rest as much as you can and you'll be good as new :)
BTW Those carrot chips look sooooooo yumm!!

Looks like I might have started a Carrot Chip trend ;)

I have rested, still tired but that's partly due to having kids waking me up at silly ol clock

I think my posts yesterday was far more active than me hahaha
Today is a FAST day..i will write down my planned day shortly.

Good luck with the fast! Be interested to see how you get on not cal counting on non-fast days, I tried that before and it didn't work for me...as I don't know when to stop...haha. Sure you will do fab though :) Would love to be able to do that when I'm at goal :) x

Right I was going to do breakfast and dinner but im finding Thurs and Fri mornings just dont lend themselves to me (i work PT Mon to Wed then Thurs & Fri I'm off but find doing the school runs mean I don't actually stop until about 9.40.)

So looks like it's going to be more Brunch and Dinner lol

My Fitbit has also decided that it needs to be charged up! Typical it has to be during the morning when I'm really active grrrr!

My food plan is

Brunch - Scrambled Egg, mushrooms, peppers and tomato (268 )

Dinner - Veg Chilli with Carrot Chips and a sprinkle of cheese (156)

Drinks - 2 x Tea with 1/4tsp sugar (32)

Total Calories - 462

It is a draft so might change lol

Having a really 'easy' day so far! I had lunch about 1ish and I wasn't even thar hungry :)

I did change my mind with Lunch, I had what I was planning for dinner lol

I'm now thinking of soup and Water Table crackers.

I've also found my favourite Fruit Tea - Cranberry and Blood orange yum. Will do a picture but that will be tonight :)

Yep I've only experiment with Twinings lol

I'm finding this suits me pattern of eating. For years I've been wanting a diet where I could have the weekend off. I always thought I would have to diet 5 days and have the weekend off. Never believed that I could just do 2 days :)

I'm having a very low cal day and not looking forward to making the kids dinner so much temptation, hope your doing well. 5.2 is definitely the diet for you x

I have resisted their dinner so phew. I'm now on the homeward bound!

All ready planning tomorrow lol we've got in law's for lunch at their request for bacon sandwiches (I'm cooking lol) then we're going to TGI Friday's as hubby missed out last week and he's back home lol xx
