Brilliant loss I've never done measurements but no I should- great results there too. 5.2 seems a great plan x
So its a fast day and although on a high from weigh in I felt a little oooh thinking I'm fasting but that was this morning and I'm right on track
My menu so far is
Breakfast - Tea with 1/4tsp sugar (16)
Lunch - 200g of Carrot Chips and 25g Relish and 25g small roll (164)
Dinner - Homemade Vegetable Chilli on a bed of cabbage (126)
Drinks - 1 x Tea with 1/4tsp sugar (16)
Fruit Teas
This gives me 282 cals spent and 178 to have elsewhere

Thank you hun xx that means a lot to me. I'm definitely doing 5:2 and as you say only calorie counting on Fast Days. I was planning on Fasting Today but changing it tomorrow. Hubby is back home late tomorrow evening so an easy day to Fast.
I've not had a great day for exercise it's been a busy day and I'm shattered but not done much walking today My eating is off and I'm feeling cold even though the heating is on. I even dozed off from 3.30 to 4.30 but that hasn't helped. I've had a restless night sleep since Saturday so think it's finally catching up on me I think I'll get the kids down for bed then crawl into bed and watch some TV. I love having a TV in my bedroom lol. I'm not fussed about a dinner. Trying to listen to my body and not eat for the sake of it

Yep lovely x All it is 200g Mushrooms (i use frozen) 200g Peppers 200g Courgettes 200g Onion 130g drained Kidney beans 2 x Tins of Tomatos Water Chilli Flakes Chucked into the slow cooker on high for 4-5hrs. I have calorie counted today as I've eaten copious amounts of 'naughty' foods but got to 1520 cals. I think im also feeling flat as the past 3 days I've been ultra active and although I've been really busy it's not been through walking. Time to relax and fresh start tomorrow xx
