That's a good walk, hope the weather brightens up! I've haven't got scales to wi need to get some new ones usually Saturday or Friday x

we keep getting snow or hail on and off here in south yorkshire xx

Changed dinner to SW Cottage Pie

Breakfast - 40g Porridge with water and 5g Jam (160 cals)

Lunch - 1/2 Cheese & Tom Baguette and 1/2 Flapjack (406 cals)

Dinner - SW Cottage Pie (306 cals)

Snacks - 2 x Table Water crackers
Small Kitkat
30g Kettle crisps (285 cals)

Drinks - Tea with 1/4tsp sugar (97 cals)

Total Calories - 1254

Yes there is a happy face there... weigh in and I'm so happy to report.....

I've lost 2.8lbs! I finally see 10st back on the scales after nearly 2 years! I've lost 1/2 stone in 1 month and that amazes me!

I will take my measurements as I've reached my first goal.

So much for giving myself 1/2lb target lol xx

Here's my measurements. I have done it in cm as I find its easier to read but will convert it to inches later

Back - 3.5cm (83 to 79.5)
Waist - 6cm (74 to 68 )
Hips -7cm (100 to 93)
Lower Hips knicker line -9 (106 to 97)
Tops Thighs -4 (63 to 59)

Total cm loss 40 which equals 15 3/4 inches

Well done! I bet you are so chuffed. And more than the lb loss so far - look at those measurements! You wouldn't have thought one month could make so much difference. Fantastic Claire.
