It's not often I actually sit down at my computer and log on here - I usually use the app on my phone.
I'm watching The Biggest Loser at the moment - the current one in the US. I downloaded the episodes and am currently on episode 2. They are at the supermarket and are looking at foods and what they used to eat and how they can adapt it now - why do they not do this on the UK version?!
The UK version just seems to focus completely on exercise and I hate that they get them to eat food but then advertise a shake diet - what a good way... not.
Another thing I have notived, the challenge I am currently watching gives a prize of six months of food delivered to their door - they give decent prizes which will actually help them afterwards!
Anyway...... BL rant over!
Food wise...... Today has been not great. I had crumpets with spread and marmite for breakfast - that's what I usually have and I love it. Fills me up and keeps me going. Lunch was my usual wrap and crisps - again, fills me up and fits in with my daily calories.
My friend bought me a bag of mini eggs and I ate them all. Wasn't planning on doing any exercise but decided to do some kettlebells to hopefully counteract my eggs!
So, I did the fat burn one - found it really hard! Harder than the usual cardio ones! Athough that may be because I am feeling the burn from yesterday!
For dinner I am having the same as I had for dinner yesterday. Bit random - two crumpets with spread, two fried eggs and six slices of chorizo! I'm going to have some garlic mushrooms with it too - use spread and garlic paste and it's pretty low cal!
I then have some Skittles for when I watch a film later too - shouldn't have them really but everyone else is gonna be having pizza, popcorn, crisps, choc and sweets so I'm better off leeting myself havea small bag of Skittles than sharing theirs!
I did my measurements today - that's ten days after I last measured and one week of Kettleworx later -

That's not much - but I'm happy with it because it's all in the rght direction!
This really is turning in to an essay! It's good to get things written down though!
I managed to get my hair fixed at the hair dressers and I feel much more confident already - always did with my blonde hair.
I've been looking at dresses for my Dad's wedding as I'm allowed anything apparently! I've been looking for dresses that I can wear with no tights - so I'm looking at ones just above the knee - quite a big thing for me as I have always hated my legs but I am going to get a spray tan a few days before and hopefully be a few lbs lighter!
