Third Time Lucky...!

I need to get up and do some today! My bed is too cosy though!

I need to head in to town today, otherwise I am just staying in the whole weekend - have a couple of friends coming to stay in 2 weeks for one of their 30th birthdays so going to save myself until then to drink!

Food I should be ok today - fingers crossed as I had a little mini egg pig out yesterday!
 
Got up and did kettleworx- week three core. But annoying as there are a fair few things I can't do as I live upstairs!

Its a bit late for breakfast now and too early for lunch so I'll wait a little bit and then have some lunch.

Am watching the biggest loser uk at the mo - think the uncle is absolutely horrible! Is nice that they are all getting a makeover but I really don't think that Nicky woman has a clue when it comes to clothes!
 
Best day I have had in a while!

I felt SO full having my dinner! Had planned to have something else afterwards as a treat but didn't.

Also have been having choc every day because I've had spare cals and didn't do that today - not a huge achievement for most but big for
Me!

Phew made it through another day! I'm always relieved when I make it through without being naughty!

I hate Monday's! I have lectures from 12-6 but they are crap lectures that I learn nothing in. It's 12-3 which in reality will finish at 2 probably so I have to hang around for an hour. And then 3-6 which is more likely 3-5... Waste of time both of them.

More annoyingly is that it's difficult for food! I don't like exercising if I need to be somewhere - if I exercise in the morning then I need to be up early enough exercise and then shower and dry my hair. So will have to do it after 5.

Foodwise, I can have a breakfast and then I guess take a lunch to have at 2ish. Everyone else gets lunch from the canteen - big fry up. So I hate eating there.

Anyway... Rant over! ?
 
Have been using my new scales and they are useless - fluctuate from 14.5 to 15.5! So really annoyed with this as I want an accurate reading!

Measured myself:

.5 off waist
.5 off hips
.4 off right arm
.3 off left arm
STS on legs
.2 off bust

So 1.9 overall... Its ok...

Overall since starting kettlebells 3 weeks ago I have lost:

1.75 off waist
1.9 off hips
1.3 off right arm
0.9 off left arm
0.6 off right thigh
0.5 off left thigh
0.4 off bust

I think that's absolutely rubbish!
 
Well it's not rubbish but it's not great.

I just thought it would be better. And I'm annoyed as my weigh ins got messed up
By broken scales and now these ones don't work.

I think now that I am single again, and finally feel ok to get back out there - I want this weight gone once and for all and I don't want to wait! Haha I know no one does though!
 
It is great! That's almost 2 inches off your hips and waist which is almost a clothes size, in 3 weeks!
 
Bad day yesterday.

Should be ok today I hope but I do have a meal out tomorrow night at a pan Asian all you can eat buffet and then a night out so tomorrow night is a

Scales - I'm just giving up on them! I'm going to weigh when i go home as they are good scales, and just keep measuring my inch loss and as long as I'm still losing inches then I know I'm

Trying again from today. Have missed a whole week of kettlebells!
