Not sure it's going to be that great as it's star week but we'll see! Your salad sounds amazing though, I'm craving some haddock now.

Drink plenty of water hun to wash away the TOTM bloat. Also good to drink in the morning is slice of lemon in hot water, its ment to be great for slimming :). Yep I loved the haddock, it was yummy on the tummy :p.

CARBS 3 Ryvita, 1 Hex B
BODY MAGIC 20 min walk
SYNS 9.5
SALAD Warm quorn pieces, onion, olives, rocket, apple, mini babybel light from Hex A

Going to get more water into me today. I normally have 2 litres or more, and typically the first day I start tracking it properly I have hardly any.

7. Exercise - 8 hours gardening, clearing shed and garage!!

Hi - hope everyone's been on track - I find it harder at the weekend and I had a hungry day today too!! Here's how my food went today:

1. 26 April 2014
2. Salad Challenge Day 4
3. Red Day
4. Water Intake - 2.05L - seems to come out at that quite often!
5. Carbs - 20g oats - part HEB, 30g wholemeal bread - part HEB
6. Hours of heavy digging in the garden!
7. Total syns - 7.5 - 2 meringues, 1 tsp chilli sauce, SW scotch egg 1.5
8. SW Scotch egg salad - lettuce, shredded white cabbage, yellow pepper, cucumber, cherry toms, spring onion, tsp chilli sauce mixed with white vinegar.
