Yeah I'll be starting Monday. Not sure I'll have such a big loss, just a couple of lbs would be good!

Morning Vonnie :p, oh you can use eggs or tofu or quorn or beans peas and lentils or any other veg . You can also have meat on your green day but just check your hexb for the allowance in grams xx

You can have ham as your hexb on a green day, let me just check the allowance with sw online, will get back to you ........

I am going to try my best on the challenge. However. I currently live with my mum and dad in the week and weekends are looking after my nan and staying at my boy friends. So I may not be able to alternate. My weigh in nights are Thursdays.
I have only had 2 syns, eating a plain salad as I forgot to put the ham on. :banghead: and will be shopping on my way home. So will start today. :)

Brilliant Suzy ! :D I will add your details to the spreadsheet. There are a few of us doing the challenge today and next week, if u have any questions at anytime, please feel free to ask me on here. I understand your week is quite stretched out with your family commitments. If you find you are only able to follow it 70% please do not think you have failed, my advice is do the best you can each day and stick with it but don't give up hun. Like today about the ham, that's nothing you will sort yourself out once you've done the shopping, so your ok lovely :). Good luck and I look forward to you posting on here tonight with DAY 1 of your challenge. I know you will see a nice loss next week on Thursday :p xx

Have u got food scales at home hun ? I haven't got an expensive electric one (wish I did lol) but I bought a basic one from the poundshop, dead cheap but does the job ! :D xx
