Brown off some onions with frylight in a pan, then add tomatoes, 1 tsp curry powder, salt & pepper to taste, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chilli, add tin of kidney beans, makes like a quick kind of curry, cook for 10 mins, then dollop it ontop of the salad, DONE ! Was very yummy and filling, all syn free ! xx

My day did not go as planned

5. CARBS TODAY: Jacket potato
6. BODY MAGIC: 0 - twisted ankle :-(
7. TOTAL SYNS: 2 syns extra light. 5 syns on crisps.
8 SALAD.
Lunch - omlette with linda mc cartney sausage. With lettuce, tomato, cucumber.
Tea. Jacket, sw lamb kebabs with.. lettuce, water cress, tomatoes, cellery, radishes, cucumber.
As twisted ankle just used stuff already made in the fridge.
