Yay ! :party0011: Suzy your Salads looks fab ! :drool: . Can't wait to see pics for Day 2 ! Well done on completing DAY 1 hun. You've done amazing on the body magic and on drinking all the water. Keep it up hun, your doing brill ! We're both on day 2 today, its a GREEN/EE day so you can have a small portion of carbs if you wish. Hope you managed to get some nice goodies on your shop ! Brown off some onions with frylight in a pan, then add tomatoes, 1 tsp curry powder, salt & pepper to taste, lemon juice, crushed garlic, chilli, add tin of kidney beans, makes like a quick kind of curry, cook for 10 mins, then dollop it ontop of the salad, DONE ! :D Was very yummy and filling, all syn free ! xx

Indeed ;). I bought the smart price can from Asda, its their value range, still really nice, its pre cooked so u just bung the tin in the pan and its all done in 10 mins, very quick, tasty and affordable ! Just what I like :D xx

7. TOTAL SYNS: 2 syns extra light. 5 syns on crisps.
8 SALAD.
Lunch - omlette with linda mc cartney sausage. With lettuce, tomato, cucumber.
Tea. Jacket, sw lamb kebabs with.. lettuce, water cress, tomatoes, cellery, radishes, cucumber.

As twisted ankle just used stuff already made in the fridge.

Awww sorry for your twisted ankle hun. hope it gets better soon. No worries lovely you have done the best u can. You've still managed to eat salad with your meals and you've done fab on the syns and water ! :) Good luck for DAY 3 hun, I know you'll do just fine.
