Ohhhh, it's taken a fair bit of willpower to not just think "stuff it", but I figured I might as well get back on the wagon now, hope for a wee gain. If I had gone hell for leather, then there would be even more of me to lose.

Watch me backtrack on this in about 3 days! hehehe
 
Haha, the Wii Fit called be obese then boo'd at me - how depressing is that!?! :D I'll take great pleasure in shoving it under the stool till I next use it
 
That's terrible and I think probably slightly inacurate!!! I would consider me overweight but not in the obese section and you're about the same as me looking at your stats. Oooh I hate things like that. They really send me under lol. x
 
But it's true! My BMI currently puts me as obese. But I've always been dead against the whole BMI thing, so I ain't too fussed. Just not a fan of being boo'd at in my own living room :D

Oh yeah, never really noticed our stats are similar. Infact, you are beating me. Good on you!
 
I think BMI is a load of rubbish - it puts people who are really fit and healthy as obese. If you're sensible I don't see why you need that unnecessary pressure on you. I tended to ignore that bit on the wii and just enjoy the exercises and games
 
Think I'm gonna report a STS. The bathroom scales are fluctuating between 2lb gain and 2lb loss, the wii fit has me at sts from yesterday, so I give up! I don't even move my bathroom scales around, it just fluctuates so much. So I don't even know what to report. The Wii, with it not being digital, is showing me at just over 12st, the scales show me at 2lb under 12st, and 2lb over 12st. So I dunno what to do. I'm considering carrying on as normal this week, then by next Tuesday, purchasing some new scales, then starting from scratch again, new ticker, the works.
 
Just jumped on again, and its now saying 2lb gain. Not long out the shower, so that might not be helping. But I think I'm gonna do as I thought, re-start the measuring next Tuesday. Still keep to plan (as much as poss), but just re-do the tickers etc, as I don't know where I stand at the moment.

Pasta bake - Out a jar, showing as 61 cals per 1/4 jar, so max 6 syns for mine, plus cheese - HE
Pasta and meatballs - Lean mince - HE, cheese on top - HE, pasta sauce 37 cals per 100g, 400g jar so 4 syns for mine.

Syns either 17 or 19. Over my daily, but could be worse! I might even try and have less wine, sneaky slow drinking and topping up of other peoples glasses!

*Only 9 syns on wine, pasta bake was a disaster, so had pasta pack :)

* OK, I admit it. I ate an extra wrap. Therefore, had 21 syns and went over. But everything else was totally on track.

We had Indian and Chinese last week, so chances are it'll be kebab shop curry place. Looking at the menu (see, super prepared), I'm thinking....

1/2 tandoori chicken with salad - 9
Chicken Biryani - 12.5
Chicken tikka value box (chicken pieces, donner and chips) - free + 8 + 10ish
Value box (2 pieces fried chicken and chips) - 11 + 10
Large grilled chicken kebab and salad (leaving the pitta) - free? Possibly count a few syns for oil

Or if we randomly go the chippy, they do a lovely steamed fish thing, with salad and either chips or wild rice. Hmmmm, I might push for the chippy, and steal a couple of OH's chips :D - even though it costs £6.35 for some steamed fish, rice and salad!

Look at that for prep work!

*at the minute, it is a red day. But up until lunch time, I can turn it into an EE day if needed. Just a teeny bit scared of eating fruit today, which is daft!

Ended up having tandoori chicken and salad. Ate half, which is 4.5 syns. Also had a bite of wholemeal naan, which I am counting as a teeny bit of my HE, and also had about 10 chips. Afters were an aero mousse at 4.5 syns So basically, I think I went a little over my daily.

I've had to go into hiding upstairs. The parents have turned up to scrape some paint or something outside. They say it will be minimal disruption, but what is it with men and dogs?!?! They INSIST on winding them up, getting them all excited, then bugger off, leaving me with a wound up doggy! Already found dad in the cupboard looking for ladders, having a good nosy. The house is in a right state as we are re-arranging furniture, and it makes me feel awkward, because I know it looks awful at the minute, and I really don't want them to comment or give their opinions, hence why I am hiding, listening to a wound up dog barking. Heading out at 1pm as for some reason, I just can't cope with them being here at the same time as me. I've gotta somehow cook myself some lunch too whilst they are here.

Haha, I went out shopping, came back, and dad was still here, and had taken the dog out without his halti on. So he got an ear bashing, I went and hid again, then went out and drank wine. But see my food diary entry, I did gooooooood
 
Is it wrong that I am praying it rains? If it rains, dad won't come round, and I won't have to hide upstairs!

I did the washing yesterday, so PLEASE RAIN. Thanks muchness :D
 
Working 9am-7pm today without a break. I can see today is going to be one of those hungry days. Glad I picked a green day, bring on the pasta and jacket potatoes!
