Extra Easy Days Trefoil's Trip To Target!

PT sounds good. I'd talk with them first and make sure they can help you how you'd like.

That's what I'm going to do I think (and save up- he charges a lot but I know it will be worth it!)

Ah good job on mowing the lawn, I really should have done mine too but then there was a rain shower and I lost momentum!
I WI on Monday mornings - had a disaster this morning with a 1lb gain- I was showing a 1.5 loss on Friday but star week has arrived so I'm putting it down to that.
Good luck for 5:30!

Thank you- I hate mowing the lawn it is rubbish but it's a bit of exercise haha!
Oh boo!! You'll have it off by next week I'm sure :) * week, it will be the end of us all I'm sure. I for one am sick of it haha ;)

Hope you're alright!

Morning! Happy weigh in day ;)

Your accident sounds awful. I was a nightmare doing my 4 nights but 15??! Surely thats not legal? Defo not healthy or safe (as proven). You've obviously done great at rehab and worked really hard so the fact you still do more exercise than me is making me want to buck up my ideas! Like you said though, every cloud has its silver lining and it helped speed things up with you and OH moving it :) me and my OH moved in together after like 2 months cos I fell out with my flatmate and rather than move back home I stayed at his most nights and before he knew it I was a perm fixture:p sneaky me! That was over 7 years ago though so he obviously didn't mind (mostly because I do everything house related and treat him same as our daughter lol!)

Mine was a resounding STS. But I can take that. Its better than a gain and all things considered its a fair outcome. Can't eat big cakes and a take away and expect a loss. Esp with my surprise visit from another period. Normally that makes me gain so not too bad at all.

Good luck!

ps thats rice looks delish!

Hello!!

Well done on the STS!
It was definitely not legal or good doing those nights but I didn't have a proper night manager as I'd had to let him go from the company and I ended up doing it temporarily so it was my own downfall :/

Aww that's a lovely story about you and your OH (except you falling out with your flatmate ) I was so used to living in staff and hotel accommodation that I didn't have much of everything so apparently was a delight to move in with as I didn't have all of the clothes and "girl" things as Daniel puts it... Haha!

Hope you're having a nice evening!

Definitely! I need to get back in the garden properly instead of my usual mindless pottering with the chickens
I never used to have such an issue with * week! My cycle is all over at the moment so I'm confident it is the culprit.
Sticking with it for now- had thought about switching plans- but we'll see what next week brings.
PT sounds like a great idea and I'm sure would be a sound investment for you- if you can exercise safely and (relatively) pain-free that's money well spent :)

Ah that sucks having to let them go and filling in. It's difficult being boss I suppose! I'm quite happily a mere minion in my work. In NHS higher up you progress the less you deal with patients, what's point in becoming a nurse to push paper and sit in meetings all day o_O I like the nitty gritty stuff:D

I see your first day seemed to go well! And seeing the pics together really shows the difference! I'm like you I'd be tempted to measure early lol. I haven't got a recent full body picture. I'll need to get one but my uniforms bigger and someone at work commented on my face looking slimmer. Always good to hear.

Enjoy dinner!

Hi Ruth, here to follow :) I remember your diary from a few years back when you were on WW and I was too...I'm back doing it again! Looks like you are doing great on Slimming World, all your food sounds so healthy :) x

Hopefully, thinking of putting away some money every month so when the time comes I can pay for some block sessions with the PT! Thought that was a good idea!

Out of interest- did you have any ideas what you were going to move to?

Ooooo chickens you are so lucky!!! that's one of my dreams when I'm older (OH and I are currently saving for a house and I intend to get chickens when we move in!)

P.S Good grief woman you are shrinking! Amazing pics! Well done x

Thank you haha! I was still eating bread in the first picture. I have had 2 slices of garlic bread and 1 wholemeal wrap since that point so I credit a lot of it with the lack of that!

Haha that's why I packed it in and haven't been a proper boss ever since, far too much far too young. I love going home and barely having any responsibility although I'm looking forward to getting some of it back shortly I hope...

Oooh that's fab that someone at work has said that your face looks slimmer, what a wonderful compliment :D and your uniform being bigger too :) I have shied away from photos for that long I just thought "sod it" and thought I would try and spur myself on by taking a few (by forcing my OH to take them ;)

Hope you're alright and enjoying your Monday!

The PT sounds like a really good idea- although exercise doesnt always make a big difference to the scales, i know it always makes me feel better and make healthier choices. Ah you are like my husband in that respect- he shrinks if he cuts bread out too! It must be so good to see those pics. I don't really have any proper before pics- avoided the camera lol.
Yeah the chickens are ace most of the time but sheesh they can be hard work too! The tasty fresh eggs just about make up for it :) fantastic pets!
I'm not really sure- realistically probably calorie counting as it's almost as sustainable as sw but also have a bit more freedom. My only gripe with it is I struggle to make healthy choices when an apple is the same cals as a pack of crisps!
I've done Slim Fast before and the results were quick, but it's pretty extreme. I run 2/3 times a week and think I'd really struggle on shakes only on running days.
It's with this in mind that I really want to stick to sw!

Morning!

I am going to wait til this weekend when I look more alive (and dressed - after work I tend to have bath and into pjs, I'm a comfort sorta girl!) and get OH to take a picture to put side by side with a pic taken before I started (oen of reasons I did restart!). Think if I see a difference it'll defo help motivate me more. Its all well and good seeing numbers change but the numbers don't matter if you look and feel good:)

I think I may come to yours for dinner, they always look yummy. I also get to hungry cooking I tend to start eating before taking a pic. I may update my diary later with new pics (if they will load).

This job is keeping me on my toes!
I have gone from being able to go on my phone/internet when I liked with a 1hr lunch (that I never took) to no phones and a half hr lunch. Lots to catch up on when I get home though.

Totally loving it. The difference in everything is amazing :D

I have accidentally used a full 15 Syns on a mixture of sausages (bought the wrong bloody ones), butter and mustard. Ho hum, no treats for me tonight! Boooo

Heck Sausages- bought the dairy and gluten free ones at 3 Syns each...(should have bought the others at half each)
1 tbsp of Butter is 5.5 Syns (one of those things that we couldn't do without to cook with!) and 1 tsp of English Mustard at 1/2 Syn.
Ho hum! I may not eat all of my dinner and spread it out so I don't use all of my Syns. Let's see... Currently in the process of making Cauliflower, Sausage and Potato Gratin.

As soon as I get home I get my pyjamas on and have a good old veg out! My tablets automatically tire me out and I suffer terribly with the '3 o'clock drop' as it were!
Oooo looking forward to pictures!!!!

Haha you are more than welcome to come round for dinner :) I usually make myself veg sticks whilst cooking so I don't eat the ingredients hee hee!

Hope you're alright!

Yes I agree with you on the exercise front! I do my 45/50 minutes and I'm done, or I totally overdo it!
It does feel good, happy with my tummy now (never thought I'd say that!) but my back is driving me around the bend on the zip front... Perseverance is the key!!!
Oooo chickens I love the noises that they make! Our friends have chickens and they're always running off! Yummy eggs! I eat so many eggs it's mad!
Hmm I'm not sure I could do Slimfast either, even if I did run, I love my physical food too much! I have done a bit of calorie counting before but agree with what you are saying, sometimes it makes me scratch my head in wonder!

Hope that you've had a good day!
