Lunch was 3 mini kievs at 4.5 Syns, baked beans with paprika, caynenne pepper and S&P, I also had 2 pieces of Garlic Bread (not something I have very often!!)
If it is 15.5 for the whole baguette, then 7.75/8 Syns for half (9 slices), I had 2 slices so I'm going to call it 4...
A pretty synless dinner though :) feeling a bit rubbish with lack of sleep so this afternoon is all about the sofa and films!

I feel so unwell :( it's horrid :( got a horrifically bad migraine which I think is a result of starting my new job then rushing to Leeds, a late night followed by barely any sleep and a boiling hot bus back!
I was within Syns but have gone about 8 over as I've had some full sugar Coca Cola because I've felt so shocking :/ oh well. Serious sleep rest and relaxation. Weigh in on Monday!

Hope you're all having a fab weekend!

I love it when you wake up and think you're working but you arent! Such a lovely feeling! Hope that you had a really nice time off :) definitely looking forward to us going to Edinbugh!

I can relate to the no breaks malarkey, that's how I used to be when I worked in hotels, so I was starving and would binge eat and would get myself into the most vicious circle and it was awful. I used to eat that fast and that much that I got palpitations :/ not good! I'm glad that you feel much happier on your ward now, it all sounds a lot better!

I hope that you're having a lovely weekend :D

Hello! I haven't been on here as much this week cause of life getting in the way lol. Been behaving as much as I can whilst being off. Has been few meals out but sticking to better options.

Hope your migraine doesn't linger. Nothing worse. I am starting to feel human again after my extra period (which was not welcome lol). Hoping Monday shows good result on scale too after maintain last week.

I'm sat watching BGT final, haven't seen any semis but quite enjoying final. OH is away out to watch boxing so I'm enjoying some to he wouldn't ever watch lol!

Not had my b choice today so I'm debating between toast and Alpen bars. I'm not hungry though so it seems silly to eat something.

Feel better soon,
Natalie x

Got my eggs in a pan and my Heck Sausages sizzling away! Breakfast here we go!!!
Already been for a walk to clear my head too.
Will put up yesterday's diary when I've eaten :)

My migraine has finally gone, although it took until 11am this morning to go... Glad you're feeling better :) totm I find is a nightmare whilst on SW when I'm getting started, hopefully it will settle down soon! I'm sure that you will have a good result on Monday!

I haven't watched BGT at all, we don't want much telly at all actually. I probably should! Hope you enjoyed it though! Yeah regarding the B choice, my consultant said it was totally up to me and if I didn't want it then don't eat it :) so sometimes I do then sometimes I do!

Have a fab Sunday!

One week tomorrow I will do my measurements...
I saw my mum this morning, I was wearing an old dress and her eyes popped out of her head. She told me not to get too skinny... I told her I had about 2 stone left and she said not to be daft... Hmmm

On another note I have 1 dress left to get into in my wardrobe.... I have a lovely black lindybop 1950s dress that I can now get into which is nice.
I bought some clothes from debenhams a month ago and now the skirt is too big too, typical ;)

Speaking to my mum tomorrow, she is going to lend me her bread maker to make gluten free bread :D

Hello again.

Finally sitting down. Been up and out since early today. Enjoying sunshine while it lasted. Took little one a drive through country, came home to the street fair, went to shops, dropped her at gran and papas (at her request she knows where she gets spoilt lol!) Then me and OH went for lunch. We had went to garden centre to get something but it was sooooo busy between it being Sunday and bank holiday weekend so we swiftly left and went to subway haha.

Now sitting in my mums with feet up. I brought everyone cakes in as a treat and ate half a French fancy (my little one stole rest so I had no choice either way lol). Only syns I have had today so hoping half a cake is less than 15 lol!

Glad your migraine has shifted. The heck sausages always look yummy but I can never find them in supermarkets. May need to try order online. Any plans for your holiday weekend? Or is this a Scottish holiday? I can never tell lol.

It's a bank holiday for us too!! Which is lovely although as my OH works in retail he is working all day tomorrow... Your meal with your OH sounds nice, bless your little one! We have seriously chilled out today. Mowed the lawn, seen my parents briefly and tomorrow I am going shopping (alone) and to see my parents for coffee, with the gym thrown in and then weigh in at 17:30!

The French fancy also sounds yum and well done for only having half! The heck sausages appeared in our Asda and then disappeared, then appeared in Waitrose but have since gone... However are back in Asda! The reason I like them is that they're gluten free which is now quite important to me and they taste so good!

Gammon, hassle back potatoes and sweetcorn for tea :D

Dinner!
Gammon Steak with Shredded corn on the cob and my tatties!
It was absolutely lovely, the marinade was 9 Syns for the lot so 4.5 Syns each, a mixture of mustard and honey. The only issue is that the gammon is so fatty that we ended up with a side plate full of fat by just cutting it all off... Oh well. It was yum! There is also a tbsp of light mayo there!

Woke up totally full of cold. Whatever next?!?
Oh well. OH has gone to work, so I'm just laying in bed and chilling out for a bit.

Meeting my parents at 12 for coffee so I have a bit of time, thinking of something really hot to eat for my throat... Have lots of eggs so may have some yummy boiled eggs :) and keep drinking tea!

Got to get myself to the gym later, if only for a little bit! I can't stand being ill.

On another note, we have now decided to properly go away for my birthday in August. However I have no idea how or where. We don't drive and the train is shockingly expensive :/ I think it will be probably London but just having a think really! We would love to go to Devon or somewhere similar but the train is about 300 pounds which is horrendous. Ho hum. Will keep thinking...

Decided on this instead... Just needed something for my throat! 5 Heck Chicken Italia Sausages, Baked Beans, 2 Eggs and a bit of 50% Reduced Fat Cheese :D
image.jpeg image.jpeg

I realise there's no speed on here as I'm still without my beloved tomatoes and mushrooms. I'm going to have some of my fruit afterwards and get some veg when I get into town!

Hope you feel better soon! There's a few colds going around- puzzled me a bit since we've had nice weather!
I find tea the most comforting for a sore throat but it does dry it out :-(
Holidays sounds exciting! Have you considered flying to Cornwall? There's an airport at Newquay, I got cheap return flights from Leeds Bradford airport last summer around 13th Aug I think it was! x

Thanks for the well wishes! I can't understand the cold thing either- although someone at my new job isn't well so maybe that is it!
I have been drinking boiled water today and don't feel as bad so maybe that's helping me out too :)
Unfortunately we don't have clearance to fly- my partner has been told he cannot fly until he is 1 year seizure free (which will be next february) so it's a bit rubbish but we are desperately hoping that he gets to that point!
My birthday is 12th August so that would have been ideal too as this year the 12th falls on a Friday too, boo :( anyway it looks like we may be going to stay with my OHs father in Gloucester as they live in the middle of the country so that would be very relaxing!
Hope that weigh in went well this morning :)
