Thanks all, I did have the meats Laura, but picked them out of the sauce, I know they will still be semi coated though so lesson learned, hot n sour is my favourite, I only had one little bowl too when I normally have three!
And I'll stay away from the Atkins bars I think unless it's totm and I get my only sugar cravings!
I eat tonnes of spinach but not tried coconut oil, does it taste cocunutty?? And where can I get it, is it really any different to olive oil with the benefits etc?
I'm hoping it'll come off again by weigh day, I am getting fed up with this 2 steps forward three steps back lark though tbh!!
So yesterday I ate
B - Coffee n cream
L - 1.5 Bratwursts with mixed green salad and mayo
D - 1.5 Bratwurst, 2 slices of Leedamer cheese and 2 celery sticks.
Today so far
B - 2 slices of Leedamer cheese wrapped around 2 slices of Bavarian ham
L - 2 eggs made with mayonnaise on green salad, 1 tomato, and 1 slice of Bavarian ham.
Water.....lots of it!
D - dunno yet!
