Right still been 100% focused and managed to gain a pound and a half??!!! I'm not going to rant though (even though I'm pissed right off) so currently 10st 8 1/4....

It could be that I had an Atkins bar on Wed and another yesterday morning, I have discovered the choc crisp ones taste identical to my favourite Nestlé crisp bars which is very dangerous, although they are bloody pricey which is good as it puts me off buying a stack of the *******!

Or it could be the MSG in the Chinese I had even though I was super careful with what I ate!

Oh well, lots of water, and clean n green until weigh day, hopefully I can grab it back!!

I can't possibly eat any less than I am at the moment though and I can't believe I'm so sensitive to gaining through eating different foods! Even though they are Atkins friendly???

I just don't understand it, I feel I may be stuck on induction for life!

you had black bean sauce with the chinese..defo sugar in that, its prob water from the chinese id guess...also hot and sour soup will have some sort of thickener and one of the main ingredients of oyster sauce is sugar im afraid :-(

Morning Jo, one disadvantage of Atkins is that I find I can very quickly add on a pound or two, even from just one meal, but I also found I lose it quickly as well
 
And sadly the choc crips bars can stall you too (I know from experience, they're my favourite too).

Don't know if it helps, but I seem to get a visit from the whoosh fairy when I use coconut oil and eat spinach every day.
 
Thanks all, I did have the meats Laura, but picked them out of the sauce, I know they will still be semi coated though so lesson learned, hot n sour is my favourite, I only had one little bowl too when I normally have three!

And I'll stay away from the Atkins bars I think unless it's totm and I get my only sugar cravings!

I eat tonnes of spinach but not tried coconut oil, does it taste cocunutty?? And where can I get it, is it really any different to olive oil with the benefits etc?

I'm hoping it'll come off again by weigh day, I am getting fed up with this 2 steps forward three steps back lark though tbh!!

So yesterday I ate

B - Coffee n cream

L - 1.5 Bratwursts with mixed green salad and mayo

D - 1.5 Bratwurst, 2 slices of Leedamer cheese and 2 celery sticks.

Today so far

B - 2 slices of Leedamer cheese wrapped around 2 slices of Bavarian ham

L - 2 eggs made with mayonnaise on green salad, 1 tomato, and 1 slice of Bavarian ham.

Water.....lots of it!

D - dunno yet!

Jo I don't think you're eating enough hun - and certainly not eating enough leafy greens. Could you try increasing the amount of spinach/cabbage/etc, just for a week, and see how you get on?

Coconut oil is lovely, it does all sorts of good things for your insids and outsides :D You can fry it, pour it, put it on your skin, some people have a tsp of it every morning :) It does taste a little coconutty, but not OTT, and I love it - in fact you have remindd me that I need to be using it every day, so thanks! :)

I get mine here 100% Pure Coconut Oil - Parachute - much cheaper and nice quality - but you can buy it on Amazon and so on.

The only hassle is that unless you melt it (immerse in hot water for a few minutes) and pour into an open mouthed container, it's impossible to get out because it solidifies quickly. I've got a bottle bathing in hot water as we speak, then I'm going to pour it into a plastic container so i can scoop put what I want.
 
make sure its the extra virgin coconut oil its the only one you actually get benefits with as its got medium chain tryclycerides in it but benefits are actually astounding, have a read on it x
 
im not sure susie...isnt it extra virgin? mines is really quite coconutty the taste and is.excellent.eaten.right off the spoon :)
 
Thanks to both of you, yeah my diet does look extremely poor of late! I will try and up my intake a bit this week n see how I go...!!! I think I've slipped into the eat less lose more frame of mind!!!

Dunno what's going on, scales tonight say 10.9 3/4 dammit!!!!!

Firstly don't weigh at night you numpty!!! Secondly yep sounds like not enough food hun, you don't want your body to slip into starvation mode xx
