Tea was half a small leftover BBQ steak, 2 leftover chicken wings a cup of mixed leaves and a small strip of feta with mayo and Nandos sauce....

Oh and 3/4 of an Atkins choco crisp bar!

Me too, 1st one of the year yesterday!!! It was yum :0) still miss my taramasalata and houmous with a pitta and a side of corn on the cob!!

It was still nice though, and I'll be slimmer in time for summer without them!

Just done day 2 of shred level one....I'm so gonna ache after my personal training sesh this morning too!!!

Speaking of personal training, he retook my measurements today....arms n legs sts but 2.5 inches off my waist and 2 inches off my hips in 4 weeks!

Earlies tomorrow.....bleurghhhhhh!

Weekend off though for the first time in three weeks!! Hopefully the weather stays good!!! x

Hello all!!!

Well major lesson learned today! After feeling really bloated for two weeks I decided to take action before work this morning...

3 tsp of Empsom salts! Never again, I haven't left the loo all day at work and my stomach is still giving it large!

I think I've emptied my entire intestinal track and the entire water content of my body! I know, TMI......

And according to the scales (I thought I'd bound to have lost at least a pound) I'm still gaining!! WTF is going on??

I have never taken a laxative in my life and don't intend on doing so ever again....:0(

Anyway, shred day 3 level one tonight, if I can clench long enough to last the 20 minutes lol..

Breakfast was 2 slices of Edam rolled up with 2 slices of Bavarian ham

Lunch was shredded chicken salad with a few peanuts thrown in and Nandos sauce with mayo!

And I mean the term WAS quite literally!

Ewwww Jo 3 teasps epsom salts!! If you're not used to laxatives that was a bit drastic.
Great inchloss from the exercise, never mind the scales you are toning up and muscle is heavier than fat ;)
 
Yes drastic lol.....I took one teaspoon yesterday but nothing so upped it today.....

God you should hear my stomach!!

Day 3 Level 1 of Shred done!!! And managed to avoid the loo throughout!!!

Earlyish night for me as up for work again in the morning and hopefully my tum is back to normal tomorrow.....

Far too early to be getting up :(

On a positive note the tum isn't gurgling lol!!! What a day yesterday was, never, ever making that mistake again!

I'm hoping so too!!

Soooooo another busy day at work followed by an hour at the gym and then 30 day shred!

Foodwise....

Breakfast - 2 Slices of Edam with coffee n cream

Lunch - Pot of mixed olives and anchovies with 8 meatballs from the hot counter at Tesco....

Dinner - Duck with a feta salad!

Oh and some water of course :)

Now shower and DVD time, one last day at work tomorrow then the weekend off.........!

I hope so Di :( getting a bit fed up of gaining now when I'm eating 100% clean and doing exercise every day!

Anyway, up for work, last day today......!

Just boiling some eggs to take and slices of smoked salmon this morning.
