Morning all, thanks for all the lovely comments and support too over the last few days

Anyway, day 2 of dust...! Just had a chocolate crispy shake for brekkie as I couldn't wait as was starving from last night...

Another 2lbs down this morning so I've now lost 7lb in total in 3 days after the weekend binge just gone and I'm almost back to lowest posted weight thank goodness!!

Need to keep busy today to keep my mind off eating, off to the cinema tonight to watch Magic Mike with my friends and my eldest dd lots of naked men......including Matt Bomer and Tatum Channing mmmmmm mmmmm mmmmm!!!

Breakfast so far today was Choc crispy shake

Lunch Macaroni with veg

And so far have had half a Thai soup which is yuk and have a bar left......hungry n miserable but I will see out the week!!!

Cinema tonight!! Bit too late for my liking at 2045 but it's when everyone could make it!

Don't even go there!!!! My downfall is hot dogs and cheesy nachos!!!! And I've eaten the bar I was saving for the film!!!

It was a very good film, and yes it was very ermmmm magic!!! Yum!

And a single popcorn nor nacho morsel crossed my lips!! Time will tell, I have to cook party food for 22 teens tomorrow!!!

Plus I know why I've been so hungry, totm has made an appearance tonight!! Bloody typical on the 2nd day of VLCD....no wonder I've been ravenous! Hopefully I'll settle now.

Scales looking good though, half the weight gain must have been from the impending doom rather than the food consumed last weekend, which now makes sense!! I never know when it's coming due to the coil....

Anyway, just got in so time for bed! Busy day tomorrow (bloody hell, TODAY)

Just a quick hello this morning whilst getting my hot Choc shake down me! As a ton of stuff to do today before teen invasion at 6!!

Also another pound down today taking me back to 10.2, so that's 8lb in five days gone and 5lbs from goal!! Awesome.....
