Triage is at GOAAALLLLL!!!!

Morning all, well yet again this week I'm wide awake and up due to a rather selfish OH who is now snoring away after waking the whole house up at 4am again after he couldn't sleep!
That's 3 times this week now....! Supposed to be going away at 1pm today and expected to be all sweetness and light around his friends tonight....ha!
And I'm 2lbs up after not eating a great deal yesterday....! So not impressed at all....I think totm is on its way again as I feel hugely bloated! And I fancied Splenda in my coffee this morning :0(
I don't think I'm ever going to see these damn 9's.....!
Really can't be doing with going away this weekend as I know it'll involve eating out and alcohol, but this is the last event before my holiday at the end of August so I suppose I still have 6 weeks before I go away and to try and get some more off....
In theory if I drop 2lbs a week then that should take me to 9st 6lbs before I go, so totally clean and green on my return and NO alcohol at all!!
I can do this.....
Right off to clean the house! At least it'll be tidy on my return x

I wish I didn't either!!!
That's 3 loads of washing done and on the line, kitchen cleaned and mopped, every room polished, wiped and hoovered, swept the patio,and I even tackled the teens pit after asking her for the last 6 weeks to clean it!!!
I can't wait to come home now as I'll have a clean house with nothing to do!!
And it's only 9am........it's brilliant when I get angry as its the only time my house is ever really, really clean!
List for OH now I've woken him with the Hoover
Put rubbish out
Wash Dogs and put fresh bedding down for them
Clear the man table (dining table) that's accumulated all his crap!!
Put his entire shoe closet away that's grown near the front door!
And don't talk to me or touch me....!

Morning all......just a quick update before work!
God almighty do I feel bloated and twenty stone heavier.....
I had a weekend off this weekend for the wedding away at the spa hotel, such a lovely time and well worth it but god did I pile on the lbs...I know most of it will be water weight and I'm due totm also but Christ I feel soooooo uncomfortable!
Anyway, last night I ordered a starter kit of slim and save to do for a week or so just to shift everything again and a bit more hopefully! It's due to arrive tomorrow so I will be starting on Wednesday morning!

Thanks everyone I can still get into my 10's and uniform so I'm damn sure it's just glycogen holding onto the water!
I'm still staying put here though if that's ok?
Will be straight back to Atkins after S&S, looks much better than Exante due to the choice! I lost a stone on that prior to joining Atkins....do I'm hoping to get a few pounds of at least in the next week.
I start on Wednesday so fingers crossed for next Wednesday's weigh in!
Today I've just grazed on pork, crackling and coleslaw with cheese.....and water! I'm still stuffed from the weekend!

Morning all!!! Up for work again but thankfully today is the last day, then off for two which will be manic as its my daughters 13th birthday party on Friday followed by her actual Birthday on Monday, you know the day they turn into Kevin!!!
Off to see Magic Mike on Thursday too with my girlfriends, just a little excited with all that nakedness from Matt Bomer, potential Mr Grey in 50 shades film, and Tatum Channing!
5lbs down already in 2 days which is good, just goes to show how much water the body retains!! Still have a few to go though to be back at posted weight!
My s&s food packs get delivered today, tomorrow I shall mainly be eating dust!! It is needed though...
And oh look, it's raining again, what a nice surprise!!!
