Hello im new to juddd so just popping by to say hey :)

Sorry to hear you are struggling alittle, its definatly seems one of these diets it takes abit of time to get used to it mentally and pysically!

Well Shanny miss nosy lol. It was 232.4 so slightly down after an up day woop! Probably go up tomorrow as don't think today was much of an ID day lol. Let's just say it wasn't as smooth as planned.
Anyway tried the kettlebell workout online, got those mac thingies so put it on the tv in the living room, thought oh I can do this, boy was I wrong, 10 minutes in and the kids were concerned I was unwell lol. So Erm yeah will continue with that, anything that makes me feel like that should burn some cals surely.
Ready for my DD tomorrow, got loads to do and keep busy is my motto.

Well done Pingu that truly is wonderful!!

Keeping busy is a great way to get through the DDs with housework and washing up and stuff that's what I do ;)

Keep going with the kettlebells! I have a lot of clients that really struggle initially but you will get there so persevere!
