WI today - 1.75lb down!

Nice surprise cos had been up/down all week plus on top of Tuesday's comfort binge, I also had about 6 choc biscuits, a freddo and 2 packs of crisps late last night. Saying that according to my scales, I was only 1.25lb down on last Friday but they r so temperamental (up and down just by stepping on/off) so have decided to do my Friday WI on the WII fit...

Okay blathering on too much information again, going going gone... x

I know .. Don't worry! I don't know what to say either... we're just kinda overwhelmed and all feeling a bit isolated and not sure what to do! I'm in Scotland, my parents are in South of England and she's in Switzerland so it's all fragmented really! Altho our instinct wants to, there is no point rushing over to Switzerland; she's not aware (sedation) and outside of her hospital room, it's all chaos with her family/friends trying to deal with it etc! we wouldnt be any help, more of a hindrance really! We just need to bide our time and pray! Plus my dad just had a cancer-op and although prognosis is great, he's not strong post-op wise yet, is back n forth to hospital and got some wee complications with internal wound site etc! Ocht sorry, went on a bit there!

Gonna celebrate with bacon etc for brekkie! Plan to be a wee piggy for a few hours (pain suffocating me today) but will try to cool it towards end of day! Reckon if I plan a binge for first thing, damage will have longer to adjust b4 bed .. Lol
