Another dodgy day today - blame being out of the house all day and reliant on others for food (Yep im a sheep lol). Pulling it back calories wise with maintenance meal for dinner so assuming I stick to it, will come in under cal count tho...

Greggs sausage roll, Greggs ham & cheese baguette, snack a jacks, freddo x2

vanessa can u give me an idea of the calorie content of the maintenance products? i know ive seen it somewhere but cant remember which bit its in...thanks

Yeah of course - they're actually listed in 'my fitness pal' database - but if u don't use that, let me know and I'll check paperwork when I get home (vary from about 170cal to 230cal off the top off my head)...

Caramel bar (lovely) 204cal
Orange creme smoothie (good) 144cal
Summer fruits smoothie (ok) 189cal
Veg soup (not tried) 117cal

Ps. They're big WW pro points-wise considering cals - choc whip was 10pp and the smoothies are 6pp for orange and summer fruits 5pp (didn't point bars cos hadnt tried them then). I was a tad freaked by the pointage initially till I thought about it from a balanced everything-u-need in a meal perspective in which case, it proves the point of them as maintenance products lol
