Mmmmm. I used to get those salad boxes from time to time when I worked near a Morrisons. Those bacon bit things are 4 syns for a tbsp and looks like you had nowhere near that amount so i think your estimate definitely covers any oil in the rice or couscous!
 
I like Morrisons salad bar and also Sainsburys. It's so hard not to be tempted by some of the bits they have. Potato salad etc. Difficult to syn too.

Day 7 Sunday 1st May.

I have decided that this week will be my week one. It's actually week three technically, but week one just kind of happened that I suddenly thought this was the right time, week 2 I did food optimising about 20% and gained 3lbs. This is the first week I've actually been on plan 100%, committed and motivated.

Well done on he 5lbs that's brilliant! I'm not sure what scan bran is but I'm going to look into it as you get 5 of them lol!!

It's... a little like chewing cardboard. Cardboard that's gone off...

But yeah, you can get them from health food shops, I know Holland and Barrett sell them.

@kazbang, it's gorgeous! Especially on top of the cheese triangles! As I mentioned earlier, I thought it might be a bit odd, (me not being the continental sort) but I figured people have bacon in the mornings, so...

Do you like the pasta n sauce? I bought a pack this week but not tried it yet. I'm scared it could taste powdery. I'm waiting for a day I have nothing in, emergency food. Was going to add chicken and veg to it and serve between two.

I love a good continental breakfast.
 
@SarahMP I adore the pasta n sauces! Used to eat them quite a bit pre diet too. Actually I'm going to experiment today and have one of those in a food flask that I will pour boiling water on this morning, hopefully it will be edible by lunchtime. As a back up though, I'm going to take mugshots. I really hope it works because as I said I do adore them!
