Cheese triangles are great. When I did slimming world a few years ago, I used them in place of butter throughout the day. Now I tend to have them all in one hit... They are more cheese like when they're warm, iykwim, like on a burger or something.
I'm finding it okay to stick to, despite getting the odd craving for buttery white doorstop toast with marmite, things like that. *drool*
(I might have to work out the syns on that... hmmm) Trouble is, I still have 15lbs to lose before I reach my original
starting weight three years ago! I think I will find it easier once I've reached that 'cos they will seem like proper losses then. It's hard to explain!
I find I'm eating the same things all the time, although I believe that's quite common.. It's cheaper to do, say, a massive pot of spaghetti bolognese full of veges, beans etc (like I have done this week) that myself and my daughter will have had for 4 days running. Luckily she likes it!
