Thanks everyone! I have had my dinner just now (i know its prob not the best idea before WI but was too hungry not to!), and have 2 points left for today. As my week starts on Monday, should I save those 2 and put them to make up for yesterday, and do the same with 2 points tomorrow (then the points debt is cleared), or should I start the new week with a clean slate and forget the 4 over yesterday?
Can anyone advise me?
On a positive note, I managed to get into my 'skinny' 14 trousers today! They are snug but not too tight, and are the smallest trousers I own since I bought them on my birthday Sept 14th as 'trousers for when i slim out of all my others'. And I'm now wearing them!!! Its great!! So even if I don't lose today (which altho I would love to see my silver seven tonight i am not expecting to after yesterday) I will know that I have achieved something mega (well tis for me) and feel happy whatever happens
