Wannabslim's Diary - decided not to go to WI

Well at least you did point the nachos even if it was too late - not too late to make it up though.

Where has my motivation gone? Anyone seen it? I am now over my points (including those saved) by 4 and missed aquafit as I fell asleep and by the time I woke up it had already started. And I'm hungry but can't eat any more as there's no points left!

I'm gonna have to claw 4 back tomorrow to make up for today as it is, but what do I do? I'm a hungry monkey!

how about making 0 point soup or that? or even give urself something and make it up tomorro too xxx
 
pandora just suggested i make 0pt tomato soup as dont have any other veggies in. think that may be the answer! thanks catz! cant eat any more of tomorrow's points today, as I've already taken 4 and thats the max ur allowed to bank in one day :( tho tbh i would probably find it easy to get by on less points tomorrow as i always try not to eat much before my WI and by the time its over its too late for dinner! x

hope you managed okay yesterday chuck - just climb back on the wagon today and i'm sure you will be fine - you do so much exercise throughout the week I'm sure you'll work it off in no time! xxx
 
Thanks everyone! I have had my dinner just now (i know its prob not the best idea before WI but was too hungry not to!), and have 2 points left for today. As my week starts on Monday, should I save those 2 and put them to make up for yesterday, and do the same with 2 points tomorrow (then the points debt is cleared), or should I start the new week with a clean slate and forget the 4 over yesterday?

Can anyone advise me?

On a positive note, I managed to get into my 'skinny' 14 trousers today! They are snug but not too tight, and are the smallest trousers I own since I bought them on my birthday Sept 14th as 'trousers for when i slim out of all my others'. And I'm now wearing them!!! Its great!! So even if I don't lose today (which altho I would love to see my silver seven tonight i am not expecting to after yesterday) I will know that I have achieved something mega (well tis for me) and feel happy whatever happens

well done hun for getting intot he trousers, personally i think you should start a new slate moro for the new week, but i'm sure someone more experienced will come and give u official advice :) x
 
Ok thanks guys, so I will save the 2 today and then last week I was over by a total of 2 points... hopefully that won't make too much of a difference. Will be doing lots of exercise this week so may try not to use all those points just to help balance out last week and see if it helps my loss.... am getting nervous about tonight now and wishing I could have waited for my dinner :(

I second Karen. If you had more to lose I might say you could probably get away with it but seen as you're a lot closer to goal than some I would follow Karens advice just to be on the safe side. Good luck with your WI and congrats on the trousers thats great! :D

Well I am disappointed. Gained 1.5lbs, although I now don't trust WW scales as I had to get on and off 3 times as it kept jumping between 12.4 (which would have been a loss of 1.5) up as far as 12.8 and then down again to somewhere in the middle. It did that each time and in the end she just went with where it seemed to stick for longest.

I had eaten a big carby tea before I went which may not have helped, but I fail to see how it could cause me to gain THAT much! And in total I had only gone over my points for the week by 2, by the time I weighed.

I am going to stick with this because I want to. But am not sure that all this money to go to WI is worth it when I have a decent set of scales at home that I know to be accurate. They have very slowly dropped over the past week, when I weigh in the mornings. Today they are weighing me as 12.3 and a half which according to those scales means I have lost 2lbs this week.. closer to what I would expect.

Need to decide what to do but I think I'm gonna join WW online for a while probs as money is tight and that way I can still get the use of their info without having to go to meetings xxx

So, I am no longer going to be using the WW scales for my WI and instead will be using my home scales as
