Thanks Gem!
Just got back from gym- left at 6.15 and only just back home! Went in the gym for about half an hour: did 10 mins on bike, 10 mins running and 10 mins of weights. I then waited around for half an hour before pilates (an hour long). Am nicely chilled and all my muscles are relaxed after all those lovely stretches, so am more than ready for bed! AND I managed to earn 6 activity points in the process!
Went over my points by 2.5 today but saved 2.5 yesterday so those were to make up for the banked points. Still need to use my activity points, not sure I want to eat anything else today so may use them tomorrow and have a really nice tea!
