Jolly good, shall give 'em another try. :)

I found I had to peel the skin off to make them palatable before. The effort was worth it though, excellent fried with scrambled eggs! :D

B - mim cereal and cream, 2 babybel cheddar, 2 thorntons diabetic chocolates
L - oopsie butties with corned beef, hp sauce, salad and lc coleslaw
D - chicken wrapped in bacon with cream cheese and spring greens
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - 1.5 hours with dogbert
A - trying not to tonight but have half a bottle of white in the fridge calling my name...........and have managed to ignore it so far - but it got me on the way to bed............

I have been feeling really tired today,as I was up at 4am with really bad indigestion which Ive not hadfor a long time.

Fri 13/8 (arggggggggg) Maint
B - 2 scrambled eggs with cream, butter and cheese - yummy
L - corned beef oopsies and cucumber/tom/lc coleslaw
S - rest of last nights chicken/bacon combo
D - home made burgers with mozarella middle and green veggies and savoury mim for bun

E - a walk (not sure how long) as we are out tonight and there will be dancing (or bouncing on the spot more likely)
W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
A - a little but need a clear head for my spa day tomorrow - want to hit the gym with enthusiasm not hangover

Have been cooking today and made some more oopsies, a savoury mim for a first go at it to go with the burgers and an egg custard with some meringues to use up the leftover egg whites....
will let you know how they taste!

D - Left overs - rissoles, salami, salad

B Tesco's 'value' smoked mackerel (it's the only one I've found that is carb free-no added sugars)
L Salmon fillet, freshly picked runner beans
D Don't know yet, Steve's working until 10pm, so it will probably be a prawn, advocado & feta salad
 
It's a bit like a burger bren, tends to be more herby, like faggots in a way.

Rissole - shows the Kiwi in me coming out! lol. I just mixed some mince with dried thyme, basil and paprika and added some blue cheese (experiment, it sort of worked). You form into balls and fry, flattening them as the cook.

To be honest, they were a bit dry. Might try adding eggs next time.

I had the same issue, you have to click on your diet calender select, the date you want show, then use that URL. You'll notice it has two lots of 5 digit numbers, that's the url that works.

I'm assuming also you've already made you food diary public in your settings.

B - mim cereal and a soggy meringue lol
L - little chef omelette meal (bad things in it being beans and hash browns but worked it off at the gym later I hope)
D - Nando's - half chicken with coleslaw and peri peri chips (apologies for the c word)
S - street cafe, cambozola and lancashire cheese platter - yum

Already done 3 miles with the dogbert :)
Then 2 half hour sessions in gym - mainly on treadmill, then sauna, swimming and steam room after my facial.
Another half hour with dogbert when we got home.

not the best day but being out all day with no food on me I did my best

B: 2 day break bars
l: fridge raiders and a salad
d: mixed grill with a side salad

came to 14.6g :)
