B: Left over chicken with some mixed salad leaves. :(
L: Something Legal from a Cafe.

I always go on strict induction if I know I have a blowout on the way Flutter.

Fab work Jim - well done and enjoy your Chinese :)

B - Fried egg
L - Chicken caesar salad with my friends in M+S - took the croutons off and had my own zero carb dressing with me
D - too much cheese and olives, and buckets of celery sticks with caesar dressing to dip
S - 4 brazil nuts and 1/5th of my partner's MiM
E - 8 mile run :massmoon:
W - 3L including coffees
A - 2/3 bottle of wine with my friends (hence dinner was wine-based snacks as above) totally worth it though, and so long since I let my hair down.

Sounds a good evening WW. Bet the wine hit the spot, it doesn't take much on induction :D

Jim, hope you enjoyed the Chinese :)

Bren hope your toe mends soon - I get corns too, annoying blighters aren't they?

Saturday -

B - bacon and eggs
L - chicken and courgettes with chilli and cream cheese (thx for the idea Steve)
D - the cheeseburger pie I didn't make last night

Enjoy your weekend peeps :)

Making soup.

Tub of Tesco chicken stock 0.4c
270g celery (just what I had) 2.4c
150g spring onions (you could use less, they're a big chunk of the carbs!) 4.5c
50ml single cream 1.5c
More water as you see fit
Loads of salt and pepper, and a few herbs if you fancy

Total for the whole pot 8.8c. It'll probably do me 4 big bowls. I may eat most of it for lunch - too early to say. ;)

B - Fried egg
L - celery soup (see above)
D - MASSIVE ribeye steak (*drool* - I am fantasizing about meat, is this bad?) with peppercream sauce and leeks and probably a side salad with caesar dressing if I can fit it in/don't guzzle all the soup at lunchtime
S - (if necessary) 1 or 2oz cheese, couple of brazil nuts, chicken or ham slices, maybe a teeny bit of MiM if partner makes one at supper time
W - 2L fizzy every day, plus loving decaf coffee with light soya milk - you have to add cold water before the milk though, otherwise it curdles
A - gonna try a two or three vodkas and diet ginger tonight :D

Loving low carb! :D

Today

B: Slept in, so missed it
L: Bacon and brie mim panini (was lush)
D: Not decided yet. Probably some sausages (cooked, cut into pieces and stir fried) with nandos chili garlic piri piri sauce, leafy veg and either cauli rice or mash.

But I'm heading to my folks just now, and they arnt atkins fans, so hoping they dont try to temp me with sugary goodness! lol!

Hiya DM - going great thanks - spent most of the weekend evenings on the dancefloor - energy levels have been fantastic! Good luck with the change to Atkins, hope it does the trick for you. :D
Which coleslaw you using - I have found the lowest one is Morrisons The Finest Coleslaw - think it is 1g per 100g - and yummy with it.
Bren xx

Yesterday - Sat 18/9 - Maint
B - half a mim with cream
L/D - roast chicken pieces with garlic mushrooms, cauli and broccoli
Supper - sausages on sticks with pickled onions, piece of pie without most of the crust, slice of quiche without most of the crust, a few rainbow drops (it was a willi wonka birthday party but did not have any chocolates or cake - how amazing is that?) I have never seen so many sweets in my life in one room so stuck firmly to the dance floor for at least 4 hours to work off the rainbow drops (all half dozen of them). The wine was better than Friday night thank goodness. Not drunk enough water today though.

Sun 19/9 - Maint
B - half a tub of ff greek yog, flaxmeal and splenda (am really loving this mixture)
L - 2 pieces of chicken from yesterdays dinner
D - Joint of pork roasting in the oven, cauli and broccoli to go with it.
S - a few atkins friendly bits and pieces here and there.

W - just over 2 litres which is better than yesterday.
E - rest day after last night, rain is not making me excited about going out for a walk with dogbert and he is not interested either as he is sprawled out in front of the fire - think he missed it during the summer lol
A - shared most of a bottle of red with the missus and now have a voddy and coke zero in hand.
