What are we eating today?

B - about half an ounce of cheddar (was going for a run)
L - egg, slice bacon, 50g lettuce with caesar salad dressing (I'm buying shares in Cardini's) few pieces of leftover chicken breast
D - Duck breast (from half price Tesco duck) small portions of broccoli and cauliflower, a tiny squirt of Encona hot pepper sauce (no nutritional analysis on label so afraid to have my usual lashings)
S - (if I need) few Brazil nuts, celery and cucumber sticks with sour cream dip, teeny bit of goat's cheese maybe
W - 2L fizzy plus many coffees (one with cream - yum!)
A - 0 (work tomorrow) and had enough fun Friday evening with the wine ;)
E - 5.5 mile run

L none, v late brekkie!
D chicken, cauliflower cheese, broad beans and green beans, sf jelly with cream
w 1ltr, plus about 5 coffees

E ironing, housework, day of rest!
 
Hiya DM - going great thanks - spent most of the weekend evenings on the dancefloor - energy levels have been fantastic! Good luck with the change to Atkins, hope it does the trick for you. :D
Which coleslaw you using - I have found the lowest one is Morrisons The Finest Coleslaw - think it is 1g per 100g - and yummy with it.

Re the coleslaw, it was actually served at a cafe so not sure what brand it was. Still have so much to learn about atkins but i have the book and am dipping in when i get the chance.

D: Rump Steak, Grilled Holoumi Cheese, Side Salad and Mayonaisse
S: s/f Jelly with Cream

Morning all. I'm 2lbs up after the Chinese Buffet binge with my Mother on Saturday. I'm on strict induction 'till that goes. I'm betting it'll be gone and I'll be back to posted weight by the end of the week if not earlier. :D

B: Fried eggs and bacon.
L: Something legal with salad at the Cafe.
D: I've got prawns out, so probably curry and steamed veggies.

D: Chicken Stuffed with Phili and Wrapped in bacon, stir fry Brocolli, Cauli and Courgettes.

Cinta, my salad dressing sister, that stuff is sooooo lush it's almost sinful. I actually sneak out to the fridge to dip my finger in and lick it sometimes. Just because I can. ;)

Mon 20/9 - Maint

B - ff greek yog with flaxmeal and splenda - loving it!
S - cheese and mushroom omelette
L - loads of salad with a slice of pie (crust removed) and 2 slices roast beef
S - chicken leg - leftover from saturdays dinner
D - roast pork, aubergine and courgette made into a sort of gratin, spring greens

E - about 40 mins with dog (fishtank cleaning night)
A - 1 voddy with coke zero, then felt sick lol
W - 4 litres plus coffees (one with cream)

D: I've got some prawn curry left so that or maybe pork chops and steamed veggies.

L - roast pork and salad
D - something mincey

Trying to clear the fridge out because I'm going on the first weekend away since starting Atkins :eek: - nowhere exotic, just to Hastings :D (checking out whether I like it enough to move there, just got to be by the sea).

Tue 21/9 - Maint

D - couple of bits of leftover roast pork with the rest of the veggies from last night.

W - usual 4 litres plus coffees
E - full 1.5 hours tonight - no rain!!!
A - leave it alone tonight I think, didn't enjoy it at all last night
