What are we eating today?

Today I had:
B- Half a MIM with butter
L- Half a cheese omlette
D- Egg mayonaise salad
E- Walked all over with the dogs
W- tons of water

So wasn't hungry today hence the half things- felt fine just couldn't stomach much. Very unusual for me
 
Today I had/ am having:
B- None. Got up late. Oops
L- Turkey, bacon and cheese salad with mayo.
D- Roast chicken legs with cheesy mashed broccoli.
E- Leisurely walk with the dogs- quite a way though.
W- drowning in it

Evening! My boss bought me a collectors royal wedding edition of mcvities biscuits today.... its taunting me... however, today I have eaten:

B: Atkins bar
L: Corned beef and phili sandwich (flax & almond foccacia)
D: Steak and lamb with asparagus
S: SF Jelly

I've got a real craving for steak at the moment, eaten it 2 days in a row now... no idea whats wrong with me, but I'm loving it!
 
Late post from me but here's what I ate yesterday:

B: 1/2 avocado, 1/2 tomato, prawns, tuna mayonnaise

L: crustless quiche, green salad made with cos, celery, broccoli and cucumber

S: Brie, burger patty

D: Jerk chicken breast, homemade coleslaw

D.ribeye steak,salad
w.not enough.
coffee to much:p
S.nothing as my wings have gone off:mad:
and now i have nothing to eat for tonight when i watch diners,drive in's and dives :cry:

L: A huge turkey leg
D: Chicken thigh salad with cheese and more mayo. Mmmm
W: Pints
E: Dog walking and a little treadmill fast walking getting a sweat on

Today was a day off plan - I was out celebrating the wedding and I tried a little of most things. Was as sensible as I could be, and didn't go crazy. Back on to induction tomorrow!
 
Oh James, poor thing - you have worked so hard, but we all understand, it's so easy to be focused - and then for that focus to evaporate!

So what's a velocity diet? I might join you!
 
Todays meals:

B: None
L: Griddled salmon, asparagus and mixed leaves
S: 2 mini homemade burgers and cheese, 2 chicken wings
D: Not hungry so nada (probably because of the fairly big snack I had earlier)

B/L - low carb pitta with cheese and fried eggs, 2 cups of tea
D - steak and salad
W - 2 litres
E - maybe a walk
A - nope

S: 3 thorntons mint truffles (may regret that later!)
D: Egg foo yung (homemade)

Weighed in this morning and after what has been almost a month of madness i'm 1 stone 3 heavier than my lowest :(

I have decided to do a modified velocity diet for a month or two (although I reserve the right to fail miserably and return to Atkins with my tail between my legs because it's damn hard!).

I will still post here and on the challenge thread to pick up your great tips because I will definitely come back to Atkins soon,

I read a bit on the velocity diet when you mentioned it James and it looks INCREDIBLY HARD :eek: - all I can say is GOOD LUCK with it xxxx

D: pork chop, veggies with garlic butter
