Definately gonna send me a letter for my 30th birthday in October! Great find.

Today I ate
B: 3 sausages, 2 eggs
L: Turkey, cheese and mayo salad
D: Shepards pie made with cheesy cauli mash :)
W: Loads of water as always
E: 90 mins dog walking and 20 mins very quick treadmill walking

L/D - 3 fried pork slices

1st day of Atkins

Brekkie - Scrambled eggs & cathedral city cheese
Lunch - Mince with spinach mixed in (honest its nice!)
Dinner - Pork chop with cabbage, cauliflower and cheese sauce.
 
Yesterday I had:

B: 2 rashers bacon, 2 eggs, 1/2 sausage, 1/2 tom (last cooked brekkie for a long while!)

L: Nothing

D: Chicken tikka pieces, Saag paneer and chopped iceberg/ cabbage instead of rice

S: none!!

Today will look like the following:

B: Soya protein shake

L: Roasted chicken salad

D: Grilled salmon and asparagus
 
Breakfast was left overs from the weekend,

Lunch at my Mums as i'm going gardening :)

Dinner is the king combo at our local sizzling pub :) it's a birthday and the king combo @ £10.99 is superb :)

B - Cinnamon mim with double cream (feels naughty but nice!)
L - salad with pork chop
D - chicken with philly and green veggies

S - celery & small amount of sweet chilli philly.

@J2 - I've seen your thread about work - they sound horrendous!! TBH Well done on sticking it out!
 
Well today is day 2 (TOTM arrived)

I have a load of questions for you.

20g isn't a lot so do you add up as you go?

Heinz Mayo is 1.5g per 100g (do I include the smallish amount I use each time)?

Did I read somewhere that pork scratchings are Atkins friendly? (hope so)

Just been to lidls they have
Full fat mince 500g @ £1.99
Chicken 1kg - 8 drumsticks @ £1.99


Day 2

Breakfast
I had 2 eggs scrambled cooked with mayo
2 black coffees
1 litre water

lunch
2 boiled eggs with rocket/mayo
1 black coffee
1 litre water

Dinner (will be)
Loin pork steaks with red peppers and spinach
More water + 1 diet coke

How am I doing?

here i go

Breakfast: 2 slices of granary toast (no fat) marmite.

Lunch: 2 slices of dry toast tin of plum tomatoes.

Dinner will be Chicken breast, stir fry, and cous cous.
 
I've been a fatty today:

Breakfast
3 Bacon, 2 egg scrambled egg X1 oopsie roll

Lunch
Lettuce, Tuna Mayo, 3 slices of ham, small piece of cheddar & a pepperami!

Dinner
Gammon, Egg & spinach!

Am I eating 2 much?
