Joes sausages just arrived so had to do a test run of course, but will count it as part of a rather early lunch! I liked the Lincolnshire one best, found the chilli one too hot on its own so will chop them up and use in stir fries/pasta dishes in future.....
A delicious salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, sweetcorn, red onion, peppers) topped with some low fat fromage frais. Followed by 3x ryvita wholegrain crackerbread (half HEb) and 3x low fat laughing cow cheese (some of HEa). Yum yum yum
