DAY 34...23/09/08 posting this tonight as out in the morning til late afternoon
BREAKFAST...lipotrim maintenance bar
ended up sharing half a pack of lindt lindor with my brother omg but i enjoyed them so not 2 fussed. i am hoping to gain a bit of weight this week if not most of what i lost last week,dont really want to lose weight just want to stay at target or as close as possible, i feel when i go below i start to look ill and tired.
LUNCH...ham salad with one egg.beetroot,cottage cheese,spring onion,cucumber,mushroom,tomato,red pepper,celery,pickled onions,baby gherkins,branston pickle. going to have alot of salad so hopefully wont feel hungry
DINNER...slim fast meal replacement bar
had some raw mushrooms,pickled onions,gherkins n chicken slices as a nibble
muller rice
smoothie lolly
2 jaffa cakes or a low fat carrot cake slice
will have few bits of fruit
6 glasses of sparkling water
2 500ml bottles of still water
2 cups of tea
1 glass of diet coke
