Def doing it on hol. 1) i dont want to waste the days i will have done leading up to hol an 2) honestly i can't take gaining any more weight. I would rather be dieting every other day on hol than eating what i like and coming back even heavier. Genuinely that would break me(and the scales!) If i arrive back 10st6 or lighter i would be happy as thats 2lbs off. Generally the losses aren't drastic like CD but people seem to keep it off which is kind of the point! I will put in my whole days food later hun when its over and u can see what u think xxx
 
Excellent looking forward to seeing and I totally agree x I'm so excited about this x fed up with cd an I Dnt believe anyone can keep the weight off if their honest. X

I've been so busy today!! Got up went gym and did my DVD. Popped in my grans and made her food, went to a baby shower and helped making the food there. Had a very small plate of food and a cupcake. Came home, had my nails done and a trial run of my hair for the wedding next week and had chicken, mushrooms and peppers for tea.

Good day all round. Will sleep like a baby tonight, well until my rude awakening from my alarm clock for 10 hr overtime shift!

Hi my daalinks. Terribly soz but had my fam bbq this eve then had to bugger off to london straight away as staying here for my early morn olympics start, excited much?!!! I forgot my damn food diary so can't update my JUDD thread tonight, but its safe to say i went over 2000cal i think. I have exact cals for most things but some stuff i couldn't weigh and count cals on but rough amounts written down so missie i will do todays and tomorrows when I'm back tomoz.

Has everyone had a good day? Lil legs ur hair is beauts, if u don't pull at that wedding i'll eat my mulberry!!

Prob wont be around til tomorrow late arvo so catch up with y'all then xxxxxx

Ps i felt too full at the end of today, its f***ed up i stuck to my DD way mote easily than the Up. Rather concerned that CD has ruined any chance of me having a 'normal' relationship with food but hopefully ive nipped it in the bud in time. We will see over the next wk, am being positive!
 
Looking forward to hearing about the Olympics it should be good I go past it every morn on way to work xxx

Yeah still on Ss except weekends it seams x fed up with it weighed last Monday at a whopping 10st6 but it was the eve usually I get weighed sat morning x

Yeah but cos I keep messing up weekends it scares me into Ss if I'm honest x I'm weighing on Monday but after yesterday's BBQ and another today I'm not gonna loose x just can't take the social side of this it is the deal breaker for me edpecially when it's hot and everyone brings bubbly xx
 
Maybe that's why you need to change hun, it's just a waste of your not 100% (I don't wanna think how much money I've wasted!!) other diets will allow you to have treats and enjoy. I'm a lil concerned about your "fear of food" chicks x
 
No it's cool glad u said cos Caroline said the same x I think ur right x x just gonna do it til Ireland next weekend I think xx then either juddd or being sensible with portion control x depending how Caroline gets on x

So i am back from my olympic adventure, i had SUCH a good time and am feeling all patriotic and shizzle. Also I know you were all dying to know that Croatia one the Bronze medal in handball! Was so funny as me or my friend had never ever watched the blimmin game before but it wasstill fun and the men were tres hunky!

Anyhoo, I kinda agree we probz shouldnt be lurking under CD thread anymore as none of us are doing it. Do you think we can ask a moderator to move us to a General thread? I'd miss you guys way too much if we stopped our chats, and i would be miserable and def not stick lol!

Missie i think see what happens to me after my post hol weigh in then def think about swapping. No point torturing yourself with CD anymore, you have given it a really good go but it just doesn't fit in with your life and i think thats what dieting successfully comes down to, what works with the life style you lead. As legs says, on other diets you will be able to have treats and food and still be within your boundries. I am def giving JUDD a fair go as it is so much more tolerable so far! Incidently i have put yesterdays food up in my diary, you can see i ate way too much but if i had stopped when i should have done it was still LOADS of food! Today i took my 250cal sarni that i made, a pack of snack a jacks and a tracker with me, and had a costa coffee american in the morning with skimmed milk. i have eaten the sarnie and the crisps so with the coffee thats about 350cal so far (oh and a diet coke for 0cal!) I have saved my Tracker for later and will have another coffee with milk now i think as Im gonna either do a walk/cycle/run or DVD later (mrs indecisive lol!)so caffine will be appreciated! I have had hunger lurking about at various points during the day but lets be honest when you have done CD and are used to being starving it is a feeling you are used to, and also the thought that i already have another food day tomorrow coming up is just making me happy and today easier!

Sounds like you had a good day! On step 3 today, I had chicken AND potatoes! Was so excited!! :)

Hehe, amazing|! Did you feel like a bit of a rebel lol!? Hope you are feeling positive about adding carbs? Do you know i worked out its been about two years since i actually 'allowed' them as part of my diet. madness! x
 
I have just decided that actually I won't exercise today as I don't want to end the day hungry! I shall have my tracker when hunger strikes and hopefully that'll carry me through til bed time. Tomorrow I shall run and DVD it up with gusto ;-)
 
2 years? Bloody hell, I LOVE CARBS!! All of them! Really was pleased to start eating them again, and I savoured every mouthful!
