Been to the shop for some goodies (crumpets and Jam, crisps and some biscuits) last supper, again - sure I said this last week

Im also playing by ear. Sticking to low carb and cal but will eat as much of those things as i need to not feel like death. That'll be a dramatic improvement in itself! Xx
