Willpower.... where do I find that?!?!?

I'll be knocking the door otherwise they're only in town lol. Rang the car place, gotta ring back tomorrow to be sure but one of the salesmen thinks it'll be ok with my passport and proof of address.. Fingers crossed its up for proper renewal next year so I'd rather only pay once!! x

May i just say my jeans r so tight when i sit down i loose circulation! Drastic proper dieting as of tomoz. Diet with fit guy in 2 weeks, good incentive as he is local, friend if a friend, not old and basically lush! I have no plan as of yet, other than low carb and low cals, eeek! Anyway, im off to eat cake! X

What are we all eating today?

I'm havin a pizza (small 324 cals one!) followed by apple pie and ice cream :)

Just waitin for these happy pills to settle as have to wait 30 mins before I eat so they are absorbed properly apparently!

Think I'm only gonna take 2 lots in the week tho or I won't be able to work!

I have m&s roast chicken legs with salad an coleslaw, and then a tub of rocky road bites which i may have already started :)

Here is my plan for tomoz, i am doing my own version of CD for two weeks. I will have a protein and veg brekkie and lunch/dinner as i cannot function at work or exercise on less than 2 meals, specially if no carbs. Then 2/3 shakes in the day. Will have 1 day of relaxed eating each wkend as have social events. Will do muay thai twice a wk and short run or long walk 3 times a wk so more chilled out than normal. Im happy with this as i know it will work but it isnt too drastic and is only for 2 weeks. I cannot eat every food going and loose weight, its impossible for me! Need no carbs and no fat. Basically i nee the strictness of not allowing certain foods! Xx
 
I may use up my shakes and have my huge fruit box for my lunch at work, not gonna put too much pressure on this week but will try and avoid carbs if I can if I'm feeling rubbish tho I'll grab some!

Really want to go out Friday (yay) and wear a dress and just enjoy (alcohol or no alcohol) so would like to feel as flat as I can. Xx

Same for me on sat. Friends engagement party may or may not drink but would involve staying over if i do so prob wont as have my bros fight the next morning. But they r having hog roast an i bloody love them so am def eating :) I feel pretty happy with my plan tbh. It feels sensible but also like it WILL work. Xx
