I wish there was room in moving room to do the 30DS! I'm so jel right now of you two! =)

You don't need too much room - just enough to do a press-up! :) I think that's why I'm sticking at it, I don't have to rearrange the furniture every time like I have to with all the other DVDs! :D
 
No room for side lunges that's the problem! Long enough to do sit ups etc, just not wide enough, I tried with the Wii, doesn't work! Lol

Hopefully yes!! Waiting to hear news is killing me, so just gonna carry on running to keep me busy! ^.^
 
40 minute interval run around furzton lake, twice. Did 5k again! Love lake runs, so many pretty things to keep you motivated and interested :)

Well done you! The most exercise I've ever done around there is lifting a wine glass to my mouth ;)


30 mins at the gym for me this morning - it was BOILING!!! I have never sweated so much!!
 
It is really hot!!

Finished the 2nd bit of yesterdays shred - my dinner finished cooking halfway through and after I'd eaten, I felt too full and bloated to do the second part!

Hoping to get todays shred done today too to get me back on track.

Good work! I'm going to do it before work tomorrow... hope it feels a bit easier! :) How many times are you going to do level 1 before moving onto level 2??
 
Woooo well done! :D I'm still doing a mixture of the easy person and the hard person - I just cannot do a full press-up!!!
 
I really want good weights! I saw ladies dumbbells in Sports Direct, biggest was 2.5kg....at the risk of sounding hench it wasn't heavy enough for me!! Think I need to buy man weights! =D
 
Haha I use 1.5kg weights when doing 30DS - they feel too light for some of the exercises but like lead weights for others - shows up where my weak muscles are haha!

Didn't do 30DS this morning in the end, was shattered so snoozed my alarm clock and got a bit more shut-eye instead :) However I have done my Pilates class which was blissful as ever.... just love it! x

I missed doing yoga today!! I get like this everytime I've done it, and then before I know it, two weeks have gone and I've not done any. I think maybe I just need to do a bit everyday, especially the waist toning ones.

Ran just under 3 miles today and really struggled. Perhaps running on my own is harder now..

It is good going to a class - I really like the tutor too, she's our physio at work and met when I was at the gym reading 50 Shades of Grey on the exercise bike haha! :D

Some days are just difficult for running, you're doing great keeping it up :) xx
 
I hope you're right...I was feeling really glum as I finished the last half mile wondering why I was so wiped out!! I think I feel a bit lonely doing my own runs!!

Okay, now you've awoken my gym envy again!! :p perhaps in a few months when I know what money I have to spend :) at moment it feels like I'm spending a fortune on fruit and veg!!
 
Sorrrrryy! :D I'm just very lucky to have a gym at work that I can use for free - those outdoor gyms that you get in some parks are good, there used to be cross-trainers along the coast where I ran in Dublin!! x
