40 minute interval run around furzton lake, twice. Did 5k again! Love lake runs, so many pretty things to keep you motivated and interested![]()
It is really hot!!
Finished the 2nd bit of yesterdays shred - my dinner finished cooking halfway through and after I'd eaten, I felt too full and bloated to do the second part!
Hoping to get todays shred done today too to get me back on track.
Wish i had time to fit in a class like you! sounds really motivating.
I missed doing yoga today!! I get like this everytime I've done it, and then before I know it, two weeks have gone and I've not done any. I think maybe I just need to do a bit everyday, especially the waist toning ones.
Ran just under 3 miles today and really struggled. Perhaps running on my own is harder now..
