Are you doing it consecutively Nic? I think my plan is doing it Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday leaving Thur, Fri, Sat and Sunday to lose and water weight my muscles will be retaining so it doesn't affect WI. Does this sound ok or is my logic off? x
I think you can do it however you want to I'm just fitting it in around the other exercise I already do on a regular basis, so it's slotting into my "days off" - probably not a great idea doing it on the morning of weigh-in though... that's a good point!! Maybe I should just do regular gym tomorrow morning and then do it again on Thurs morning before setting off to work, as have got Pilates to balance it out on Thurs evening
40 minute run, did 3 1/2 miles today =) finally got running shoes, they arrived after my run in the post! Annoying! But going out again tomorrow with my friend so will he try wear them in running in my flat trainers today and Monday has given me two blisters and bad calf muscle strain =( will take it easy tomorrow, my friend is still struggling so won't be pushing it anyway =)
40 mins at the gym for me this morning - 15 on bike, 10 on treadmill (would have been longer but it broke while I was on it!!), 10 on rower, and 5 mins of crunches and stretches.
It arrived!! Day off from body magic today, two days in a row, I'm treating myself! Lol. Still done a fair bit at work though and a lot of manic cleaning yesterday which I counted to body magic as it did feel like a work out lol =D
Ran 3 1/4 miles this morning. Hardest run yet I had to stop for half mile so disappointed in myself it's cos I started too fast as I was determined to beat my 1mile record. On the plus side I did just that lol. Burned 403 calories too, and with scales showing a 2lb loss today I can only hope that's what I get tomorrow as it'll spur me on for sure

I'm planning on shredding again today, tuesday and Wednesday with added body magic in there because I need to walk to get my prescription (3 miles) either today or tomorrow. I have to gut the house today because I have an inspection tomorrow from the estate agents, so a lot of elbow grease to burn more calories. I have to walk to my new counselling session tomorrow which is about a miles walk too.
Yesterday - Day 3 of 30 Day Shred for me too (Level 1) - are you finding it any easier yet Jodie? I'm ok with most of it apart from the press-ups!!
Today - Zumba
