Morning! Just back from week7 d2 C25k.
Did a little worse than yesterday, 1min43secs to be precise. Not sure whether its cuz im tired, didnt have a rest day or my body is crying out for the carbs it needs for me to run :confused:

Munched 4 slices of turkey after my shower this morning - hungry hungry.

Today im off to the cinema with my littler bro! :D We havnt been in YEARS!! When my grandma and grandad lived in bristol we used to stay there a few weeks of the year in the holidays and i always used to take him on a friday night whilst grandma went bingo and grandad went to the pub! Gotta be around 10 years ago! He asked me last week bless him! So breakfast wont be much as im getting up late, got an eyebrow app then lunch then cinema.

Wednesday 4th August

B- banana

L- diced turkey breast, 1 large flat mushroom, 1 yellow pepper, 1 small onion, 1 tin of green lentils all in ww korma sauce. (this is enough for 2 meals so will have it again tomorrow :))

*1 2finger orange kitkat

D- coco pops with s.s milk. lf yog.

*apple & pineapple in work

*packet cheese dorritos. 3 yum yums.

*1litre water
*2 black coffee & sweetener

oh, how sweet....ENJOY! I havent been to the cinema in a long time! We went to Trafford Centre the other week and I refused to pay £10.50!!! E10.50 for a ticket!!! Am I really behind!! My friend went to the cinema the other night and paid £13!!! Come on!! Surely not...

Anyway, that was a right ramble - eh! Have a lovely, lovely time and at least you are still persevering with the running and think we do get days where our body is tired and got no juice....just listen to your body! Maybe you need some extra carbs on the day you are running to give it that extra fuel and rocket juice ;-)!!

I had a right good giggle at those photos!! JAN, that toe made me feel sick! Yuck, saying no more!! haha
 
Iris, that doesnt surprise me! I begrudge going on a weekend as ours is about £9 for an adult on a weekend! Its disgusting aint it!

Some days in the week before 5pm the tickets are cheaper and wednesdays is 2 for 1 with orange so is only costing us £3.60 tonight each.

I remember going to a saturday morning movie 'club' at a cinema in the centre that used to cost, i think £1-£2 and would include a snack of popcorn!!!!!!!

Munched a packet of dorritos last night in work. Then went asda shopping and i was flippin hungry! Didn't buy anything to eat but the bf bought a packet of yum yums ... i had 3! :eek: when i got home.

Bad day yesterday.
Woken up today with a very sore throat, my eyes still feel really really droopy and heavy even though ive had a good 8.5 hours sleep and ive sneezed about a million times :sigh:

Got overtime tonight. 10pm start. Had a sneaky look on the scales (not the wii where i usually weigh myself) and it looks like im up a couple of lbs :mad: Not really surprised. Im expecting atleast a stone gain next week anyways as i just cant control myself. What a load of croc this weight malark is :break_diet:

Cor what a moan im having today! :eek:

Thursday 5th August

*10pick n mix sweets
*packet wotsits

L- turkey, yellow pepper, mushroom, onion, green lentils all in ww korma sauce. 1 thin slice of granary baguette.

D- philadelphia nacho pot - around 150cals them things.. (nachos, philadelphia & salsa). Apple. 2boiled eggs.

*choc chip cookie & a tracker bar

*1.5litre water
*2 black coffee & sweetener

*c25k w7d3 when i get home from work. I will push myself today and i will not be slower than wednesday morning!!!

Sounds like you may be a bit run down Tan - that'll affect your resolve and be careful about pushing yourself too hard on your run. You'll only do damage if your body can't take it. Listen to and respect your body (I do ... funny though mine always says 'for God's sake SIT DOWN' lol ;)) Seriously though be careful, if you have to redo a couple of days it won't be the end of the world. Your health is far more important xxx
