Yeah Jan. It makes perfect sense but I've just got to put it into practice without feeling like a pig from eating too much after exercise iykwim! X

No problem girlies :) Always enjoy talking to yous (must ask Iris for her number now ;)) and knew i wouldnt get on here.

Yesterday was one of them random unexpected days but it was one hell of a day and throughly enjoyed! :D

So yesterday i had:

Saturday 31st July

B- fruit & fibre s.s milk

L- kfc sweet itwist wrap - this was delicious! It had goats cheese in it and oh my word! :drool:

D- one home made burrito - mince, spice, lettuce, grated cheese, salsa & a wrap.

*1 black coffee & sweetener

*plenty of alchohol!!!! No vodka though - was on the rum ;)

Ooooh aaaaand! No alcohol picking! What was wrong with me yesterday?!!! :giggle:

Today! Weighed myself and have lost 3lbs! :eek: Not sure if that has much to do with alcohol yesterday but im pretty chuffed to see that number :) next weigh in friday then im off on holiday - :fingerscrossed: i can hold off on the holiday mode untill then! (mary can i borrow your halo?!!)

Sunday 1st August

B - breakfast wrap! 2 sausages, 2 bacon, slither of cheese, 1/2 boiled egg sliced and bbq sauce!

L - cooking beef topside with garlic potatoes, veg & gravy.

D- a length of french baguette cut in half lengthways with some bbq sauce, ham & grated cheese over the top. Popped under the grill for a couple of mins.

*mini callipo ice lolly
*packet walkers & wotsits
*celebrations ;)
*2 biccies

*lots of dilutable sugar free squash
*1 J20 - orange & passionfruit

Ah cheers chicken! :) I found the photo the other day when fb said someone tagged me in it but i had deleted the tag aaaages ago and when i clicked the notification i was like :eek: Gotta get me a new sig with that bad boy! :giggle:

Really wanted toast and peanut butter this morning :sigh: Damn this no bread malark! :rolleyes:

I think my weigh in will have to be friday - although still not sure if i should, only 5 days since the last one? Otherwise after that i doubt i will weigh untill the weekend of the 21st as i'd want a few days to minimize damage caused by my week away :giggle:

Monday 2nd August

B- fruit & fibre s.s milk. Pineapple chunks.

L- was in town so had; 1 cocktail cheese & onion pasty, packet walkers & jam donut!

D- baked salmon with stirfry and a smidgen of terriyaki & ginger sauce that my bf kindly left for me :hmm:

*4 wholegrain crackers with peanut butter
*apple in work

*1 callipo icelolly
*lots of sf squash today
*1 small glass pepsi
*1 black coffee & sweetener

Well done on the 3lb loss!!! All you exercise and careful eating is paying off. Good for you. All things in moderation and you will be o.k.
 
Feeling peckish so im having some wholegrain crackers & peanut butter :)
 
Phew! C25k w7d1 done :) 2.2 miles in 25minutes. I think i am just short of the time but im ok with this at the minute :)

Food today when i get up will be:

Tuesday 3rd August

B- fruit & fibre s.s milk. banana.

L- dry fried turkey steak, grilled red pepper & grilled flat mushroom stuffed with some cottage cheese with chives & onion.

*lf yog

D- tin of tuna with lf salad cream.

*apple in work.

*1litre water
*2 black coffees with sweetener

wow Tanya well done you!!! That's brilliant!! It's my first week on maintenance (lost 3 pounds on refeed) hope to have some losses each week.. physically it's fine but trying to mentally balance the "over-eating" with the "not eating enough" guilt is torture!
 
Iris im really looking forward to my lunch today! Only bought the peppers and mushrooms and sains have them for £1 and 50p each at the minute - will make a nice change from salad!

Tootiefrootie if you find that mental balance let me know! Im still trying to get to grips with it myself! :giggle:

On another note i have been to the docs today and whilst i was there showed him my toe and its litterally 'hanging' off. Its only being held on by the back nail bed. Doc said its fine aslong as its not hurting and ive probably got a new nail growing underneath and this one will come off in its own time...... sorry if thats tmi guys!!! :eek: lol
