Rounded off last night by walking to Mutley Plain and getting some lamb skewer thingy and some chips which i shared with the bf.

Today :eek: I actually had a hangover! 3rd one of my life! I told the bf last night - no shots! Can't refuse when your bfs mates buy em! Jagerbombs - never again! :giggle: I've napped allllll afternoon on the sofa. So glad i have tomorrow night off work as i need some desperate catch up time on sleep!

Monday 30th August

B- 1 toasted bagel with butter & boiled egg.

*bacon crispies
*tutti frutti white chocolate lolly

L- chicken dippers & curly fries

*mini cheddars
*crunchie

D- 2 burritos - wholemeal wraps, turkey mince, sauce, cheese, salsa & soured cream

*sooooooooooo much sug free squash
*1 small glass of pure orange juice

Sounds like you had mighty fun for your bank holiday weekend!! Good that you enjoyed it and hope you recover soon!

yep he joined at 17 - passed out at 18 so 12 years done so far (well nearly).

Last night i managed almost 13 hours sleep! :eek: And now have the back ache to prove it! :sigh:

Tuesday 31st August

*C25K w9d1

B- 1 slice of wholegrain bread toasted with some cheddar & applewood on top.

L- I've made basil & tomatoe tart with a side leaf salad.

D- melon & muller light

*4 shortbread biccies :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:
*1 sausage

*back to work tomorrow so will have shakes for breakfast again. Only 3 days this week :D Off to thorpe park for a couple of days on sunday! Can't wait!!!!!!! Last time i went i was a right boffer and could only just about fit in the rides!!!!!!

Your menu looks really good today Tanya. Hope you have a great time at Thorpe Park, you're bound too now you are only half the woman you were when you last went!!

Saw the pics of your brother on the last page and showed my 18 year old daughter. I think the phrase is "hot"! Hope they remain safe for the remainder of their tour.

I went and did my first run today in the end! So C25K w9d1 complete! 30mins straight run and i felt goooooood! I felt really good running, not sure whether that was cuz i was angry or I had carbs in me - who knows and who cares :giggle: It was 2.6miles! :) :) :) Just 0.4 miles off of the 5k the programme sets out! :)

I was gonna say ... not sure it's a good idea to do three days of it one after the other! Coz I .. of course ... am the EXPERT at running ;):) :giggle: ... but you know what I mean - I think the rest days are important ... Yeah? xx

I'm back to work tomorrow too :( I cant believe it's the end of the summer holidays. I also can't believe how much I've enjoyed having two of 'my boys' three nights a week and that tonight is the last night :(:(:(

On the other hand .... Kefalonia in 12 more sleeps ;)

Tanya, well done on the run. You really have taken to it like the proverbial duck to water!!! It must be getting you nice and toned. Can you see the difference yourself?

I do really enjoy it! Yesterday was fab as my run took me past a mcdonalds! ha i felt quite smug running past whilst people looked on eating their burgers! :giggle: A couple of people have told me i'm looking more toned on my legs and tummy but i can only see it on my calfs. When i tense them they look like a mans! :eek: lol

Slept another long sleep last night - 10hours! This totm is really taking it out of me this time.

Can now officially say my little brother is home next month!!!!!!!!!!! :party0049: September is the start of all things good :)

Wednesday 1st September (back to work :()

L- baked chicken, steamed carrots & chickpeas (baked in the oven with a little pepper)

*9 mint imperials

Well done on completing that run Tanya, sounds as though you are really enjoying it now which makes all the difference to exercise. I think if you can find something you really enjoy you're much more likely to stick with it, good for you. Well done on the 2lbs off as well, brilliant!

Didn't do my run after work went straight to bed and i was in the land of nod by 7!

Had a sneaky goose on the scales this morning, not the wii ones but its looking like a sts. I'll be happy with that result on saturday especially after last weekend and all that booze :)

Thursday 2nd September

Edit: Never again am i doing a run with no food inside of me! I struggled like hell today :( managed just short of the distance i ran on tuesday. I think on days im guna run im guna have to have a proper breakfast. Something like fruit & yog/1slice toast & scrambled egg/porridge. Guna go look up ideas now - slow releasing carbs is what i need right?! :giggle:

A sts this week will be good cos you did have a good weekend last week. Your menus all week have been very good, so you be nicely surprised with a loss after all! Slow release brekkies could be porridge, no sugar muesli or granola.
Keep up the great effort at the running. You are doing fab!

Defo not again! Tomorrow i think im guna have some porridge or toast with scrambled egg.

A loss would be nice, even just a lb but im doubtful! :p Got 10 weeks to go untill its my 1 year of being of maintaining so :fingerscrossed: I can get back to where i was! :eek:
